Good location. Close to Wake Forest university.

I like the size of the hotel rooms. However I walked to the hotel and found all kind of broke down things that was not proper doors to the Rooms, faucet in the bathroom are week, the paint was not neat in one of our rooms and the worst someone on the screen on the computer talking to you instead of a live person communication skills were terrible at the front desk.

Have stayed multiple times. Excellent customer service. This last time was a little awkward. First room had terrible smell and wet carpet with urine. Moved no problem except the bathroom. No changing your mind in there. And the seat…will that was fun to navigate. Could use a little updating but love the proximity to the school

This hotel was dirty and the staff was not friendly. They’re supposed to clean the lobby on a regular basis, and while we were checking hand, it must have been cleaning time because there was a man sitting at the front desk, and he just took the Lysol spray and sprayed it in the air and called it good, the room was filthy, the bathtub was ancient, and it smelled horrible. We canceled our reservation for the following two nights and switched hotels.

Rundown, older and dirty. Room had a significant amount of black mold on shelf under sink drain, used wash cloth hanging on shower curtain rod, floor needed to be vacuumed. Looked like they had attempted a facelift of the rooms with newer furniture and artwork, but they just slopped paint over dented doors and cracked molding, etc. Trying to put lipstick on a pig! Very loud heating/AC unit. Hallways and elevator were dirty and dingy. Breakfast buffet was okay with make-your-own waffles, cereal, breads, whole fruit, yogurt. No eggs or bacon/sausage as at many hotel breakfast buffets. Desk clerks were pleasant (and one took a note about my complaint about the mold and used wash cloth, which I reported in the morning since I noticed both when I went to shower late the previous night—however, no apologies). Housekeeping is obviously a mess. Don’t stay here!!!

The staff was delightful but the property was in need of some renovation- deep cleaning and just needing better maintenance. Not nearly as nice as the Best Western Plus at Hanes Mall
