Marriott 温特帕克的SpringHill套房(SpringHill Suites Winter Park)

Conveniently located hotel in Winter Park. Derrick was a godsend when our initial form of payment was declined and he called us before our reservations were automatically cancelled. The hotel itself has a modern vibe. The breakfast was excellent including both hot and cold items. On the negative side our room’s hot water took forever to get warm, the shower fixtures were confusing and there was no room safe. The lack of daily housekeeping policy was not explained at arrival.

My stay was amazing. The rooms are very nice, with space and great seating options for entertaining or just lounging. Excellent bathrooms with great showers. The lobby was pleasant and welcoming each time you returned, and the entertainment surrounding the hotel is alive and filled with a variety of options-- All within walking distance. I recommend it 100 out of 100.

Well I'm glad I had ******* to book a room. The lady at the desk was rude and they didn't have a room for me. I told them I had a reservation she said it didn't matter they had no rooms . They charged me the full amount and said I was never there. Thank God I had ******* at least I have someone on my side fighting for me. They told ******* I was never there. But I gave them my phone number she said if they had a room they would call me. They did call me a half hour later by then I already had different plans. If I was never there they would not have called me. Hopefully ******* can get me a full refund. ******* told me they would have an answer for me either way within 72 hours .Thank you for trying. I definitely do not recommend the hotel.

The Hotel was very good and the rooms were well appointed. We liked the large walk in shower. Our only issue was the location was not as close to the old town as we thought and the front desk couldn't point out the hotel's location on the map they provided.

Hotel muito bem localizado, de fácil acesso, com amplo estacionamento. Quarto amplo, bem decorado e muito confortável. Recomendo a quem queira conhecer Winter Park e passar dias agradáveis nesta cidade muito aconchegante, com seus museus, restaurantes e parques

My only complaints are the unnecessary $12 per night parking fee, and the air conditioner in the room I was in (207) didn't work very well, which made the room humid and a little uncomfortable. My first stay was on the 4th floor and that room was amazing. I hope to get that room again on my next stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel is great for business travelers. It is very clean, quiet, and has great Executive Suites if you need to work. They have a good breakfast also. It's in a quiet area away from the Orlando tourist crowds and noise. The bathrooms, toiletries, and coffee bar inside room is excellent too.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. I could not hear any of the adjoining rooms or foot traffic in the halls. Very nice experience.
