"Our stay at the hotel Astenturm did not meet our expectations. Two days before arrival we received a message that check-in at the Dorint Hotel in Winterberg was made. Hotel is about 4 km from the Astenturm. At the arrival at the Astenturm there was no staff member who was powerful in the German language. On the question of the park card it was just called it to stop. The way to the room was described only with rooms there. Room was not cleaned every day so there were no fresh towels. On the other days, breakfast was a conception. 2 years ago we were enthusiastic with hotel and breakfast. The choice of the so-called breakfast buffet corresponded to a 1 star hotel. For the missed breakfast we ask for a refund of €18"
