"我經常來這個公園，這次來的時候有點失望，因為我預訂並付款的明明是湖景小木屋，卻被安排到了公園後方的一間。前台女士解釋說，預訂網站出了錯，顯示我預訂的時候還有湖景小木屋空著，但實際上已經沒有了。她還說經理已經打電話通知了受影響的客人。但我既沒接到電話也沒收到簡訊。這次搞錯也沒退款，他們只是說幫我升級到了公園後方的小木屋。結果，我們被安排到的小木屋正對著馬路，浴室淋浴前的瓷磚破了一塊，客廳裡有一盞燈不亮，櫥櫃裡有一塊碎玻璃，抽屜裡的餐具很髒，電視機也小得可憐。除了這些，它跟湖景房一模一樣，這算什麼升級？"
