The hotel is new and impeccably clean. The front desk team is highly professional and welcoming, ensuring a positive arrival experience. As a Diamond member, I was offered an upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. While parking can be somewhat confusing at first, it becomes straightforward once familiar with the layout. The hotel's location provides excellent access to the city centre. The Executive Lounge team is dedicated, with service provided in a designated section of the restaurant. Special thanks to Abigail for her exceptional hospitality. Given that the hotel is relatively new, some minor operational issues may arise, but what stands out is the staff’s swift and efficient handling of any challenges. A particular thank you to Paul, the Guest Relations Manager, for his professionalism and effective support. Overall, this is an impressive new hotel, not only for its facilities but, more importantly, for its outstanding and helpful staff.
