查爾斯睡帽酒店(Nightcap at the Charles Hotel)

The staff here are very warm and helpful. Everyone from the bar, to the accomodation staff were great! The rooms were stylish and clean. The beds were so comfortable with soft sheets and good quality pillows. Having a USB port next to the beds was very handy. I highly recommend the mushroom pizza and garlic bread. It was delicious and the bar staff were kind enough to bring it to our room. I wish I could have stayed another night to enjoy the (free) Drag Bingo 😁 The only thing that could have made it better was having a lift in the building as we had heavy luggage and my elderly mom was travelling with me. Would definitely stay here again (remembering to pack light next time)

The staff are friendly, sufficient space for free parking .

The staff who look after me and my son, (as we needed to book in early) was so easy and accommodating. The cleaning staff were engaging. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, we will be back, the location was so central to our needs. We had no issues with noise and the hotel section was closed at 11.30pm.

Nice place to stay as it was relatively quiet and away from main part of hotel but close enough to be convenient.Staff were great and food was good.Acoomodation was better than i thought it would be.Would recommend this place

There is nothing not to like, all the basics could be ticked. Older or less agile people should be aware that there are no lifts, but I was offered help with my luggage, which I didn’t need, but the offer was appreciated. The room (2), was quiet and well equipped, the wifi worked well, I appreciated the number and location of power points, the shower was excellent, the lighting was ample. And I especially appreciated that housekeeping did their thing for even a two night stay.
