房間乾淨，性價比非常高，酒店沒有餐廳，隔壁有個餐廳不錯，簡單明瞭的快捷酒店，適合家庭出行，離地鐵站有些距離，步行30分鐘左右！

Perfect budge hotel with no frills but everything you need for a pit stop. Our twin rooms had large shower cubicles with a hand held showers. Actually, frills came in the form of unlimited free tea and coffee and beautifully smelling hand-wash, shower gel/shampoo etc, extra pillows. The breakfast box was ok but we supplemented it with a trip to Costa coffee and coop - a short walk from the hotel. I would give 5 stars if they had...:more plug sockets in the bedroom or usb points; a vending machine with cold drinks/snacks; travel toiletries etc; a bath mat for the bathroom floor would have been good. Otherwise it was impressive for the price, the rooms were spotlessly clean, big fluffy white towels and everything was in a good state.

We stayed at this hotel whilst visiting relatives, it is clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. It has a nice pub next door where we had several nice meals. There is a bus stop just around the corner and Chigwell underground station is a 20 minute walk away.

Bad customer service, impolite at check in, racially profiled my boyfriend. Rooms were okay Clean and was decent sized. On check out staff was friendly and polite no issues other than checking in staff

I’ve stayed a few weeks ago and just recently at this hotel over the weekend and Taz was absolutely brilliant and a bloody good laugh. She made checking in and out a breeze and a laugh! Thanks Taz love Thomas from Kettering wrote this while I was in Wellingborough xx

Stopped at Chigwell Travel lodge as going to film studios to watch recording of new television show. We arrived early and was greater by a fantastic young girl called Tasneem, she was so friendly helpful and professional. I wish all people had her outlook. A credit to the establishment I will use this venue every time we need to stay in that area because of her. Keep on smiling girl

This hotel is a basic Travelodge but great location and very quiet .It was fantastic! Would definitely stay again .Everything was clean and staff were very friendly ,welcoming and helpful especially Taz ! There is a great pub/restaurant next door if needed . Thank you

Such a fantastic hotel with polite staffs. Made my stay very comfortable & I will definitely visit again. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed.

The hotel is well positioned for Epping Forest and London and close to a number of London Transport Stations. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff where always available and very helpful. Although there is no restaurant there is a good pub next door serving very good food at a reasonable price. Great place to stay.

Stay was pleasant and staff very acomodating nothing was to much trouble room was clean , tidy and warm. Hotel was next door to a pub which was very handy. Breakfast box for a fiver was good value. Showers were clean hot and easy to use.

It was really a stripped down hotel. Not much in the way of amenities, etc. If you needed to have WIFI you had to buy a day's subscription from Travelodge! However, it was near where we needed to go the next day and it was inexpensive!

Suzanna was so helpful and kind and made my experience so enjoyable. Will be coming back again! Haven't been to Chigwell before but it was a great location to stay in and easy to get around. Grest experience.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Suzana recommended some lovely places to eat and was vey helpful. Thank you. The room was clean and there is parking right outside. Plenty of restaurants near by.
