Bed, sheets and bathroom were clean. Need to check under the beds and vacuum. Staff was great!

The parking for this hotel is in a garage that smells like old garbage and rotten fish. Arriving around 8pm there was no one at the desk for about ten minutes and the breakfast area had spills on the tables with coffee spills at the front desk. The hotel room, down a long dark hall, was a good size with decent air conditioning, two unmatching queen beds and we had a rooftop view of graffiti on the building next door. The breakfast included dried out eggs, a broken pancake machine, sausages labeled beacon and an empty tray marked sausages, The coffee was undrinkable, had the room been in some little desert town for $100 less I would have said fine, but for nearly $200 a night don’t expect me back.

Room was missing hairdryer but front desk was very good in responding. TV set did not work, noted to front desk but it was the weekend so I didn't expect the issue to be resolved before our departure on Sunday. On our second day, towels were changed in room but coffee maker was not replenished with additional coffee and cups. Considering the daily rate, I expected a bit more.

The major shortcoming was the condition of the mattress in the room. It was probably old but definitely NOT CLOSE TO BEING FIRM TO ANY DEGREE Indeed, it was so wrap around squishy soft that I had to move to the firmer seating and cover it with hopefully clean bath towers in order be able to get any sleep at all. This is our hotel of choice when visiting the area. Everyone is wonderful. Jeff and Mariah at the front desk were helpful. Room was nice, clean and roomy. Didn't care for the soap dispensers. Hard to use.

There was a $100 incidental deposit that I was not made aware of until I arrived and I was going to pay cash. But ended up using a card bc I didn’t bring enough cash to cover that. The room had not been vacuumed and there was trash on the floor. The room was also freezing including the bathroom. The bathroom had no heat and we could not shower. Then I was yelled at by the woman at the desk for my two support dogs as I was going into the elevator. She did this in front of other customers at the front desk. She did not even give me a chance to say they were my support animals. I drove 6 hours here or I would have left. A horrible experience
