los trabajadores fueron buenos conmigo y algunas partes estan limpias y otras no, algunas partes de las habitaciones necesitan mas limpieza, la comida es rica y los restaurantes tienen buen mantenimiento todo esta bien solo se necesita mas limpieza en la alberca y en las habitaciones

First the positives - the beds were comfortable, the rooms tidy and the parking facilities excellent. But we paid $20 per person for breakfast and all we got was a lousy instant coffee and the answer from a staff member saying “we currently ran out out of a few items”. We were also told “we didn't have to get up so early as everything would have been refilled at 9:30 [about 1.5 hours later]”. The next morning it was all the same, so it was not an unfortunate isolated incident. Furthermore, there was a small kitchenette in our room, but there was no cutlery or crockery in it, as too often “something would get away”. So the kitchen was useless. We were not allowed to speak to an employee with responsibility on site and later received no feedback by email or compensation. So we are stuck with 80$ for two nights for a breakfast consisting of two instant coffees. Really bad.

i booked a room for one night here since my past experience more than 10 years ago was positive. the main reason i chose this place for my stay is the fully-equipped kitchen, as i prefer to bring my own fresh food. however, when i arrived, i had discovered that the kitchenette's cupboards were not stocked with any cookware, silverware, or dishes -- which completely defeated the purpose of having a stovetop. so i guess next time, i'm supposed to pack my own pots and pans!?! i don't think so. next time i am in this area i definitely will not be staying here.
