Overall Good Experience

We stayed overnight on a road trip. Was a great place to stay. Everything was clean and a convenient place to stay right off the 5 freeway

Good pricing for stay in Sacramento but little further out in north western area near airport. Had to wait for about 45 min to check in because front desk out to lunch. If had Hilton app could do it online. But had problems with app and so just waited.

The property was nice enough, very clean. But right after I checked in around 3pm the electricity went out. After about 30 mins or so I went down to front desk & lady told me that it should be back on with in an hour. So after A couple hours & still no lights on, & now its pitch black, I find my way back down to the lobby & theres candles lit every where, so I ask the same lady when it will be on, she says theres no estimated time now! I ask if she had any candles I could get & she said there was A gas station over on the corner! So here I am in A place I have no idea where anything is in this town, So I go out & drive around & find A Walmart go in buy A flashlight & A few candles & go back to my Pitch Dark Hotel Room & by now its around 1030/ 11Pm. I sat there for about 8 hours with no electricity so I asked the front desk for my money back to go to another hotel & was told No because it wasnt the hotels fault. So I went to my room & got in bed, & the electricity came back on! Uggg! I was suppose to stay 2 nights but in the Am I went & talked to the manager & she refunded me both nights & I left! So that made it A bit better!

Not good Pool was filthy and spa was not functional. Those were the 2 reasons why chose this hotel so was not happy at all: no discount given or offered. Room was also very noisy and loud plumbing bangs during the night

The breakfast was very good but I felt cheated because they still listed a free airport shuttle which evidently shut down last year. I was stranded, waiting hours to get a cab, too far to walk to a bus or car rental place.

I booked with a third party and that site had incorrect information about a shuttle to the airport. The hotel front desk staff were understanding and offered to call a taxi for me. That worked out very well and the taxi was very prompt the next morning when i checked out. It was wonderful to deal with great front desk staff!

Room was ok but they did not offer shuttle as we were told. Lady was rude on phone when we called to be picked up. Cost us 60.00 for an uber. Will never stay here again

The front desk was exceptionally helpful with an early check in. The room was fine. The bathroom could use some updating, especially with details like the bathtub caulking.
