Extremely disappointing and unprofessional not to honour contracts with guests. If you mess up the booking systems, contact the guest directly by phone and offer suitable, comparable alternatives but don’t use the cowards way to send an email in the morning of the stay that you have cancelled the booking. If the guest does that, you charge the guest the night/stay. So where is my compensation as I had to find more expensive accommodation with more driving. Never again an option when I have to stay in Brisbane.
