The associates at the reception desk are rude. They mistreated me and they gave me a not cleaned room on the ground floor despite my request for higher floors. The room was full of dust and looks never cleaned and there was a bad smell in the room and I had a stuffy nose in the morning. When I asked to speak with a manager, they said there is no manager- very strange. The staffs need to take customer service training

The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was super friendly! I received a nice greeting, a warm chocolate cookie and a text to see if I needed anything. My only issue was someone trying to enter my room around 7:30 a.m. using a key card that even unlocked my deadbolt. I found out later it was a housekeeper (who never identified herself) after calling the front desk. I was sleeping alone in the darkened room, heard the door unlock and yelled "get out" to which they went away. I would recommend this hotel, however the housekeeping staff should make sure the guest has checked out, as well as knock and identify yourself when at the guests door.

Staff is excellent- very kind & attentive; the bed was so comfortable & clean; sleeper sofa is very worn; pillows were too soft (variety would be nice); buffet breakfast ( not free, which is fine)+ not a great value for what was offered. Overall we really like this hotel though! We come here every Xmas eve before travelling farther south.

Water in the bathroom sink ran brown and sputtery - had to flush it for a couple of minutes before it ran clear. General water and water pressure/showerhead wasn't great. I know this is nit-picky, but the showerheads could use updating. It was spraying out to the sides no matter how much a tinkered with the pressure valve. Otherwise very pleasant stay. Really nice lobby atmosphere, especially during the holiday season.

I was disappointed that there was no vent fan in the bathroom. Especially since this was a room for 4 adults. Also, nothing to hang wet towels on except two hooks.

Given a first floor room which was nice. Easy to adjust heating. Tv ok. Only cups available were the coffee cups-and while bathroom was clean the sink gave off a mildew odor. Would stay here again as we only needed a comfortable bed to sleep after a long drive.
