伍斯特城市 中心 普瑞米爾酒店(Worcester City Centre)

El hotel genial, ubicación perfecta, desayuno muy bueno. Muy limpio, camas comodos y personal muy atento.

1) parking is extra 2) resteraunt food was bought in frozen, no parmesan for Bolognese, yet resteraunt prices 3) no room service (unless you book it) 4) room service didn't do anything apart from pull bedding up and change towels 5) only way to stop a noisey fan in room was to turn off all electrics (other guests too said this) 6) had to return to reception 4 times as key card not working 7) I was stranded there because of floods. Each time I extended stay the price went up again

The hotel looks very tired and in need of a refurb . Like a buffet breakfast but we had to order and have it delivered to table . Appeared to be a lack of staff , very disappointing because where possible I always use Premier Inn , it’s my first choice but wouldn’t return to this one

When we were parking we noticed that the exterior of the building needed a clean and our whole experience was of a slightly tired, understaffed hotel. There was a queue to check in and that was the only time we saw a staff member in reception. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was very weak and kept dropping out completely. Our room had air conditioning but at times it was so noisy we wondered if it was about to fail completely. Breakfast was okay but considering the emphasis that the breakfast offering is “unlimited “, everything seemed set up to discourage people from taking too much food. On the plus side, bed was comfy and hotel is in a great location.

Very good location and well within walking distance to Worcester City Centre. I booked a Premier Plus room which was well worth any additional cost. Great view overlooking the Worcester Cricket Ground. Room well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. Well sound proofed. Thyme restaurant on site very good for dinner. The car park is Council owned so need to purchase car parking ticket. I would definitelt stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay. Clean throughout and the quality of service from staff was outstanding. Good parking adjacent to the hotel at very reasonable price( £10 for 24 hours). Would highly recommend this Premier Inn to anybody considering a stay in Worcester.

Didn't stay at hotel but went there for breakfast. Wish we hadn't bothered. Coffee was cold and and all hot breakfast items were cold. Mushrooms were completely dehydrated for being under the heat lamp. Sooooo disappointed. Won't be returning anytime soon.
