Good location, only walking 5minutes arrive city center. Room is neatly and clean. I only stayed one night feeling comfortable.the view is pretty.

無前台，自助辦理入住和退房。設施簡陋，就跟國內2星招待所差不多，非常失望。位置在河邊，還算方便。還好衹住一晚，這個城市也沒什麼好逛的。

Great location for a hotel - closer to city centre with a nice walk across the river to get there. Convenient stop to visit family in my home-town. Over-all a good hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. We didn't come into contact with any staff or stay for breakfast as we were in late and out early, so we can't comment on those. We loved that the room had a bath - this was lovely! The only downside was the the taps seemed to have some mould inside the pipes... it didn't come out into the water but it did look pretty disgusting hanging there in the running water :/  Other than that, this hotel gave us everything we would expect from a quick stop over :)

Lovely location and with a nice view of the Cathedral and the bridge. The breakfast was in a beautiful well lit section but I didn't really get a chance to enjoy it due to my job infant son who was very needy.

The location is fantastic. You are next to the County cricket ground and the river. All the sights of the city are close at hand from the museums, cathedral and shops. The hotel itself is really friendly from arrival to departure. We had the food package and we were very happy with it. The food was excellent, plentiful and served with a smile. Highly recommended.

Lovely, clean hotel. A wonderfully clean scent greeted me as I walked into my room. It's sad that I have never experienced that before when staying in hotels, and that that was the experience that stood out to me, but happily so, as my nose certainly appreciated it and the room was spotless. Staff were very friendly and I was greeted with a smile with enquiries to my booking as I walked over the threshold (no waiting, or clearing of the throat). My room overlooked the Car Park (and no complaints), but you can pay a little extra to have a view of the cricket fields if you would like. The bed was huge, and extremely comfy. I didn't eat in the restaurant but only because I had bookings elsewhere. It certainly looked nice in there. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Have not been here for a long while but staff seemed disinterested. Tried to see if we could get early checkin as per the email but front desk, when you could find them had no real interest. If someone turns up at 11am and will pay £15 why wouldn't they offer the first room of that type. Unless Premier Inn don't want the extra revenue. Bizarre and a loss-loss for all parties. Finally checked in after going away at 1pm and coming back at 5 to a long queue with a really inefficient checkin procedure. It did not help the screens were broken at the reception but the questions to everyone about breakfast and dinner took an age. Finally WIFI - "ULTIMATE" no less was awful. Apart from that the room was quiet and comfortable. Just a shame the getting to it is so convoluted. So many other companies are using tech to streamline the process and Premier Inn are being left behind. Will look to book elsewhere in future.

A brilliantly located room with a magnificent view over the Worcester County Cricket ground. Added bonus of a coffee machine and a fridge, both most welcome and greatly appreciated. One downside, and not the hotel’s fault but, despite it being a ‘non-smoking’ room, the previous occupant had clearly smoked in the room and, despite the room being very clean, the smell of stale cigarette smoke was unpleasant. The fact that the room had a non-opening window exacerbated the issue.

Very comfortable stay. Beds always large and comfortable in a premier inn. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was really good, buffet style continental plus made to order as much as you want cooked breakfast. View from the restaurant lovely, overlooking the cricket ground. Location great to walk along the river or into town. Only downside was the parking, in the cricket ground car park . We wanted to purchase a 24 hour ticket , we arrived there at 8pm. But could only purchase an overnight ticket, which ended at 8am. You can only purchase a 24 hour ticket up until 6pm. So we had to get an overnight ticket and set the alarm to get up before 8 to go and purchase another ticket. So a tip, if arriving after 6pm and want a lie-in, don’t park in the cricket car park !!! There are other car parks within walking distance ( when we arrived it was raining so this car park was better!) .

I thought this was a good all rounder. We paid for the premier plus rooms and had a nice room overlooking the cricket club. Rooms were clean, nicely appointed, boosted wifi was good. The breakfast was really nice, I didn't have anything cooked but the rest of my party seemed happy with it and I had a good choice of what I wanted, the staff were really friendly. It has a great location on the river, close to everything, really handy. As others have said, the only issue is the parking situation. We arrived and dumped our stuff immediately and then left in the car, praying we hadn't been over the 15 grace period. Then we returned and the car was then to stay put for two days. You can only pay for 24 hours. So I paid for 24 hours, then had to walk back to the car park halfway through the following day to pay for another 24 hours, nuts. Why can't you pay for 2 days in one go? Or more than that? Why can't premier inn come to an arrangement with the cricket club for all the non-match days? But aside from the parking it was a really good stay and we'd stay here again.

Arrived early, 12.30, as we saw on the website could check in early, knowing it was going to be an extra £15, only to be told by the person on the desk...oh no...nothing available unless pre-booked??? Without even looking to see if any rooms were actually ready! And yet it clearly states on the website we had to request early check in on arrival... I've got to say this member of staff, yes a manager..was very abrupt and has total lack of customer service...maybe needs some retraining? We shall be booking elsewhere in future as his attitude was well out of order! And then...to leave at exactly 3.00pm to queues in reception is totally unacceptable...he needs to be replaced

We had a lovely room over looking the river. It was very peaceful and very comfy and very clean. Check in and check out was very easy. We went to the bar and they were very helpful, no mocktails on the menu but they did find me one and it was lovely. All staff were lovely and helpful.

Room 127 has a water leak in bathroom which ruined the wife's toiletry bag and it soak the carpet so when the wants to toilet she was walking on wet carpet .the water was coming from under the skirting boards so every time she went to bathroom were wet through
