Looks a little rough on the outside but the rooms are perfectly fine. If you want the best then pay the best. I'd stay here again no problem 👌

Pour la chambre, elle était à peu près propre mais sans plus, elle est à rafraîchir . La literie est correcte, la vaisselle est présente et on peut cuisiner sans problème. Le très gros point noir c'est l'environnement, il est très sale et devant les portes des chambres voisines traînent toutes sortes d objets et saletés. Je ne conseille vraiment pas ce resort qui n'en est pas un, loin de là !!

6 Of us flew from Brisbane for our Brothers 60th for 5 nights starting Thursday 11th July. Turned up to book in and were given 1 key between 7 for 2 adjoining rooms each with 1 Queen and 1 single bed. Booking stated we were to have enough beds for all 7. Unable to talk to management and my sister was getting texts only in response. In the second room the power points along the bench on one side of the room did not work including fridge, microwave, kettle and air conditioner. 1st room had working power points but TV was missing. We went to the front restaurant for tea which was nice and when we came back a single bed and mattress was leaning against the wall outside our room - no linen. We had to move the bedside tables outside and move the queen bed into the corner to just fit the extra bed. The floor under the bed was covered in dust and grit. One of my brothers had to share the queen size bed with me and my sister and other brother had the single beds. We gave my sister the blanket off our bed to sleep on as without the air con working was quite warm in the room. Other room was my other sister and her partner and niece. Friday night we got a message another room was made available and 2 of us moved. Air conditioner in that room kept dropping out. Seems to be lots of long term people staying there and a few nights loud talking, yelling and other noises went into the early morning. Towels were very thin and whole look of the place needs money spent to fix it up. Other room even had a power point only held on the wall by 1 screw and had to be careful plugging into it. Bathroom also had a tap the dribbled consistently and could be heard when we were trying to get to sleep.

Séjour médiocre Arrivée avant 18h, personne à l accueil. Numéro à contacter : impossible pour nous de joindre la personne désignée à la réception. Attente de 20 minutes voire plus pour enfin trouver la personne responsable. Etat général du motel très moyen, équipements vétustes, sales, des matelas et affaires qui trainent partout. Impression d'un motel en perdition, transformé en hotel social ! 2 chambres qui communiquent, spacieuses. Serviettes et petits necessaires de toilettes fournis. Équipement d'une chambre inutilisable car les prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas (seche cheveux, frigo, prises). La tv est cassée, son mais pas d images (écran cassé). 2 noms de motel différents et code wifi ne fonctionne pas. L eau de la piscine a l air propre. Maillot de bain qui traine au fond. Les photos sont attirantes mais cachent tous les défauts !

We travelled as 3 adults, 3 children. We panicked when we first got to the place it looked rough. We went to reception to find it unattended but within moments of calling the provided number we were greeted by a nice lady who appeared to live there. The place e enjoyed the place to ourselves. It was out dated and we realised the manger was onsite. But they respected oir space and didn’t seemed fussed by the children who were loud and busy running around enjoying the pool. The locals or other guests I found to be friendly and welcoming to us and our children. Not at all the type I would describe as druggies like other reviews. The exterior needs work but for the price we paid, we were more than happy and would visit again as a group of 4-7. Love the joining rooms. Lots of bins provided and they attended to them daily. No complaints here. Although if you are after a nice holiday stay in a new resort. You best be looking at colonial club or something 2X the price.

Booked for 2 adults and 1 child then shown a room with 1 double bed. Moved to different room but beds awful and room not clean.
