木圖克倫伯公園水療酒店(Muthu Clumber Park Hotel and Spa)

The whole stay was great, I needed somewhere to stay while work was being carried out on my house. The rooms are spacious and have bathtubs, there was a big desk for me to work at and the internet connection was perfect, I had multiple video conferences and it never dropped once. Housekeeping were kind enough to check if I needed anything everyday, and reception staff were super friendly. Right next to a massive national trust property had some beautiful autumn walks However there is absolutely no phone signal (Vodafone)obviously nothing to do with the hotel it’s just extra info about the area!

The hotel staff was so polite and helpful, the hotel room was spotless, the room was very spacious and perfect temperature. The bed was amazingly comfortable! It catered for all of our needs especially with a fan because myself has troubles sleeping without one. The hotel was in the perfect location and easy to access on route to next location. The Wi-Fi was a little disappointing with myself needing to check work emails and service but nothing that caused to much hassle on our stay at the hotel Will definitely be booking the hotel again Overall stay was spectacular

Great location as it’s so close to the park with lots of potential to be great hotel. However, the decor is awful, food and service terrible and there’s definitely a lack of general cleanliness. In need of a refurb and new staff.

Disappointing - whilst the bedroom was fresh & clean, the lighting was overly bright & the wooden floor cold underfoot. The bed was constantly moving on it too and needed to be fitted with casters to secure it. It was overpriced. The chris**as party arranged in the venue also had little a**osphere, the food was average, poorly presented & there was not enough table/bar staff.

Hotel had little to no phone signal and rooms were very basic with no hair drier in the room. Staff were the saving grace of the hotel

The bed was comfy but the room lacked plug sockets and the furniture was old. The carpet had a large stain and the corridor and rooms smelt unaired and musty. Staff were not chatty and breakfast tables were not correctly set so you had to ask for cups, spoons, small plates etc. it’s a shame because the pool was clean and the sauna was great. We thought the pricing on dinner was too high £5 for coleslaw as a side was the most extreme! So we had dinner elsewhere.
