艾布斯內特旅館的評價

宿舍離市中心很近，交通便利。淋浴間和廁所數量充足，使用起來很方便，不會擁擠。不過，唯一的缺點是廚房不能煮飯，而且宿舍樓上沒有電源插座。

價格便宜，但是Wrocław 酒店也不貴，我就想着節約錢，其實大可不必，和連鎖青旅比較起來，這個條件一般，但價格在那裡又是夏天訂得也比較晚，所以也沒撒好抱怨的。

這是一個位於弗羅茨瓦夫市中心的漂亮宿舍，靠近飯店。

BEDBUGS: My bed was full of bedbugs, I went in the middle of the night to inform the receptionist, she literally replied to me “I am sorry, but if you want you can leave the hostel”! Of course I would leave at 2am and go where? So I had to stay with bedbugs! The next morning I noticed that they actually reuse the same bedsheets to fix the bed and don’t change them! No refund, no excuses ! Just add 1 or 2$ and get a clean place instead!

我不推薦這家酒店。除了瑪格麗塔之外，前台工作人員完全沒有同理心。每位客人只有一條毛巾，毛巾很舊。沒有洗髮精、沐浴乳之類的盥洗用品。退房時間是上午11點。如果你的航班和入住時間不符，你可以寄放行李，但是歸還房卡後就不能使用衛生間了，因為沒有地方可以等候。週六入住花了90歐元，完全不值錢。

Cheap, good location but terrible atmosphere, full of dirty drunkard people staying for long.

Bedbugs. Grimy place. Lousy beds, questionable sheets/pillowcases. DO NOT STAY HERE.

BED BUGS To anybody considering staying at this hostel, don’t. My girlfriend and I discovered bed bugs in the bed, and I was bitten. It was late at night and NO ONE but the kind security guard (who couldn’t do anything anyway) answered or was available to help us. We informed the agency through which we booked, and they told us that this was not the first time this happened in this hostel. We have photos and videos of the bugs running on our bed and our clothes, and I have pictures of the bites they gave me, and yet we received NO REFUND, neither from the hostel, nor from the agency. We were told that “the hostel refused to refund us” (verbatim). We had to sleep on the sofa in the common room for one night, and anticipate our trip back home the next day, at an additional cost that of course was not reimbursed. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT stay here. You can find much better for the same price.
