我們很清楚，以後絕對不會再住這樣的飯店了。 1. 入住根本辦不成。我們尚未收到包含存取代碼的電子郵件。提供的聯絡電話號碼不存在。與 ********* 的電話聯繫一開始也沒有成功。經過多次嘗試後，我們才得以聯繫飯店管理人員，以便我們取得房間號碼和門禁密碼。 2.通往房間的樓梯通往一個難看的樓梯，有42級台階，對於帶行李的老人來說不合理。房間前面的樓梯間燈壞了，我們嘗試了幾次才輸入密碼打開房間門。房間相當於一個狹窄的閣樓房間，寬約1.5米，長約8米，斜屋頂下方有兩個側鋪。浴室的門只能用力關上，但我們沒有這麼做。我們把浴室的燈開著，這樣晚上就能找到去廁所的路。浴室非常整潔，廁所的優點是沖水時非常安靜。最後可以說，我們絕對不會再訂這家飯店了。這通常適用於沒有前台並設定退房時間為上午 10:00 的飯店。

Hotel carino, pulito e vicino all'autostrada. Scrivania ampia e sedia comoda per lavorare. Parcheggio gratuito e in una bella zona della città. Buono anche il ristorante italiano von varietà di pasta e pesce. Ci ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chi viaggia per lavoro.

This hotel was described by *********** as family owned and with a restaurant on site, so I booked it for two nights using my credit card. Upon arrival, after a long drive, the hotel was dark en the restaurant closed. Other guests, smoking outside, told me about it being a “digital hotel” and that I should have received a code, which I did not. After being on hold on the not free of charge helpdesk phone line for quite some time, they eventually gave me a four digit code to enter my room without any form of verification. Outside there were old fashioned lock boxes containing normal keys, which could be opened with the exact same code, which made me feel even more unsafe. In the room I found a folder with some information, such as that there would be cleaning of the room only every two days, again something I did not know anything about. The next morning the breakfast turned out to be very scarce, the coffee machine was out of order and soms guy turned up when I was already eating, telling me that he could not find my reservation and that I had to pay 15 euro per person on site in cash. Website however spoke of 12 euro. There was nobody when we left, so we could not pay, although the Booking site had said that we had to pay at the hotel. With the credit card reservation in mind and sending an email about us not being able to pay, we left. A few days later we received an email, answering just two of our five questions. They told us that they would let us know how to pay. Then it remained silent, until the not so friendly email arrived about the outstanding invoice with not a word about the 30 euro’s for breakfast. Needless to say I never will return here.

We were seven bikers and stopped here for one night on our way down to Austria & The Dolomites. The location of the hotel is easy to find and close to main arteries when arriving or leaving. Parking is plentiful and there is secure motorcycle parking at the rear of the site. This was our second visit to the hotel and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were clean and spacious and well appointed and as mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast was excellent. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is very good and reasonably priced. We arrived very late due to an Autobahn closure, and although the restaurant was full, they juggled the tables and fitted the seven of us in for a much needed beer and pizza! Highly recommended

Kleines Hotel ausserhalb des Zentrums. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück mit frischen Früchten und einer guten Käseauswahl. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind gratis. Die Zimmer sind sauber und neueren Datums, wenn auch ziemlich kahl und sehr enge Bäder. Stets gut gelauntes und hilfsbereites Personal. Etwas befremdlich fanden wir den Hinweis, dass die Zimmer wegen Personalmangels nicht geputzt werden. Wird es aber schon, wenn man darauf besteht; schliesslich zahlt man das ja auch mit. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Für Radfahrer ideal. Viel Platz für Räder und Autos. Bestens ausgestattet, umfassend renoviert, Service und Frühstück bestens. Sehr zu empfehlen. Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Preis und Leistung passen. Mal ein sehr positiver Lichtblick. So geht Hotel.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Freundliches Personal. Im Standard Doppelzimmer leider kein Wasserkocher. Alles sehr sauber. Leider ist man auch hier, wie in vielen Hotels, auf die Rücksichtnahme der übrigen Gäste angewiesen, was die Geräuschentwicklung betrifft. ÖPNV Anbindung ist sehr gut. Das angeschlossene Restaurant Portanova ist mehr als empfehlenswert.

nach vier langen jahren konnten wir endlich wieder einen ausflug machen, in die gemütliche gegend rund um würzburg, wenn wir in diese gegend kommen entscheiden wir uns immer für dass hotel fischzucht, und sind immer zufrieden , mit grosszügigen zimmer, und sauberkeit. dass frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker, dass personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. dass hotel liegt sehr zentral, mit gutem an schluss an die öffentliche verkehrsmittel.

Extrem freundlicher ,aufmerksamer Empfang, perfekte Umsetzung der Covid Hygienemassnahmen, sehr sauberes modernes Zimmer mit schönem Bad, ausgezeichnete Küche. Bestes Frühstück ever in einem Mittelklassehotel. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und werden dafür gerne in Zukunft wiederkommen auf dem Weg von Norddeutschland nach Österreich oder Südtirol.. Ach ja: zumindest im Haupthaus kein Aufzug und rel steile Treppen. für Radler gibt es eine eigene Garage und Lademöglichkeit für Rad oder PKW. Bestes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, Danke
