他們為我們安排了一間有股潮濕氣味的房間。我們向前台反映過這個問題，他們也承認了他們的合理性，最後幫我們換到了另一間好得多的房間。我們本來打算在餐廳吃飯，但看了看價格，覺得太貴了，就去了路邊的酒吧，在那裡我們買了兩頓更適合我們、價格更便宜的餐點。
我們絕對不會再住這家飯店了，因為它已經不像以前那麼糟了。

酒店服務員態度及服務不錯，房間整潔! 又鄰近曼徹斯特機場,附近亦有鐵路去機場，如要去機場或到步住就非常方便。唯一不好是飛機經過比較噪！

Pre airport travel, bedroom looked okay on arrival and we unpacked and went out for a meal. It was only later we noticed the bathroom was a disaster. Would have complained then but we're leaving in 4 hours for a flight and it was too much hassle. Stayed here before and know it's not the best premier inn but this was the worst room we have stayed in. Cheap for a reason.

Like most premier inns, this one has seen better days and could do with a bit of renovation. There is a newer extension to the original building where the rooms are nicer etc. check in can be slow but the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. It’s very basic but you get what you pay for. There is a beefeater restaurant attached and the quality of food in the evening is quite good. The breakfast can be hit and miss but generally ok if you go for the cooked breakfast

Stay here every week . Staff are all friendly and welcoming . Get here today greeted by a sour face rude woman oh out of 10 stays there was bound to be 1 . Very unwelcoming should t be in hospitality that's all I will say . Think I will try a different 1 next week ha ha

Amazing stay as always when we visit heald green staff are always so friendly & helpful nothing is too much trouble would definitely recommend if you’re visiting family or flying out on your holiday & it’s a bonus if you like watching the planes come in. Very good service from Elaine the head housekeeper always polite & very efficient nothing is too much trouble from checking in to checking out

On arrival at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They showed an interest in us and the reason for our visit. The room was just what we needed for the night and the restaurant was easily accessible. The food on offer was very good and reasonably priced. Check out was very simple and the staff politely said farewell.

If you are flying from Manchester ideal hotel to stay at. Clean and good value for money. I was staying on my own and felt very safe. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Ideally placed in Heald Green with shops,train station , cafes, and takeaway options.

the night before going to the airport for holiday we stayed at the Premier Heald Green. It was very comfortable and the check in was quick and easy. We got a ground floor room to save dragging suit cases up stairs. The staff could not be more helpful. We had a great nights rest before our 9 hour flight. Thank you Premier Inn. We will be back!

This Premier Inn is in dire need of a refurbishment. As usual the bed was comfortable, but other than that, the room was poor. Paint was peeling off the back of the bathroom door. The bath fittings were rusty and worst of all the bathroom floor stunk of stale urine. Won't be staying here again until I find out that it's been refurbished. By far the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in.

stopped here 4th october for 1 night checked in staff were lovely went up to room just dumped bag in room and went straight out for food as told on check in beefeater shut so we had to travel for food we got back late and on checking room found towels poor quality the bathroom was in poor condition power of shower was rubbish the windows of room hadnt been cleaned it was very late so when we went down to check out at 6am next morning to comlplain nobody was there so e mailed premier inn who fobed me of saying should of complained on day but no staff about not happy at all not up to standard
