服務到位，很熱情，能滿足客人要求，寬容度高。房間乾淨。地點也好，就在回民街上，老字號多。離鼓樓鐘樓近。離粧造一棟樓，一洲商城很近。
能免費接送去機場。這點很方便，還免費送去了兵馬俑。

酒店服務挺好的，尤其是接送機，還可以接送去兵馬俑，酒店位置離景點和地鐵都不遠，走幾分鐘就到了，對我這種來西安旅遊的提供了很多方便，前台的那個小哥態度很好一直很有耐心。房間衞生和設施也還可以，隔音有待加強，早上有人施工。我回家了才評價的忘了拍酒店的照片了

酒店地理位置不錯，在市中心，鐘樓附近，去哪裡都很方便。離地鐵站也近，走路就幾百米。
酒店有接機和送機服務，提前一天預約就可以，非常貼心。還有接和送去兵馬俑的服務，考慮周到。
酒店環境也不錯，温馨簡約。早餐也還可以。
價錢不貴，性價比很高！整體還是很滿意的！下次會再來！

這酒店位置真是絕了！出門溜達着就是鼓樓，吃飯逛街太方便了。回來大堂小哥就笑着打招呼，倍兒親切！房間乾淨又亮堂，床墊一躺下去就不想起來。玩一天回來睡個好覺，美得很！下次來西安肯定還住這兒，沒跑兒！

這是我來西安出來玩的這幾天住的最差的酒店，比其他酒店貴，位置也一般，而且我們房間衞生很不過關，房間都有棉簽在地板上，浴巾還有毛髮，洗澡的水全流出來了，地板也是破爛的，下次再也不住了了，不推薦！！！
