Oakshire Guest House is a beautiful traditional 3400 sq ft, 4 1/2 bdrm home. Situated in the gated Oakshire Estate 25 minutes from shopping & the Union Gap exit off I-82. Only 15 minutes to the SOZO multi-sports complex and 30 minutes from downtown Yakima. It is perfect for a quiet family get away, hiking or strolling the 100 acre property or biking the quiet country roads. Come to Yakima to enjoy our winerys, micro-breweries and sunshine!The spaceOE Guest House is in a very secluded, quiet, gated estate. It is surrounded by old growth oak trees and lush landscape. It looks out on waving fields of hay with the sun rising just over the Ahtanum ridge. Plenty of parking and room to stretch, wonder, dream and rest. The house is beautifully appointed with lots of space and even a huge laundry/office room. There is a king bedroom on the ground floor with an attached full bathroom.Guest accessGuests have access to the full house, garage, jacuzzi and nice back yard living space with BBQ and several acre yard. Guests are also welcome to stroll or ride bikes around the 100 acre estate. The main estate is a wedding venue on a limited number of weekends in the summer - so please respect our customers privacy around the main estate on those weekends! Lower unit of a 1950 home. Unit being remodeled, updated pics to follow but listed for those travel health care providers or others needing a temporary place while working in Yakima. Will update pics ASAP. As a health care provider, I do cater to travel medical providers. Ground level unit with rental above and could have guests in upper unit as well. Very large front room, with 65” TV with WiFi streaming. Front room also has a full memory foam mattress. One bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with vanity. Just off the kitchen there is a washer/dryer, hot water heater. You enter home through the single care garage. Room to park max 2 cars off street. No steps into home for those with more limited mobility but doors are not ADA width. Central heat and air conditioning, temp is set in upper level and set to keep both units comfortable with extra space heater/fans as needed. The kitchen window unfortunately goes into garage space.. The unit is pet friendly but doesn’t have a fenced yard for pets. The park is close by short walk less than .4 miles.
