長壽旅館

真是太棒了！風景如畫，日式旅館也美輪美奐，地理位置更是絕佳。我們運氣真好，溫泉幾乎沒人，基本上就是包場泡湯。

The hotel’s only advertised advantage is its proximity to the Snow Monkey Park, but in reality, it's quite far from Yamanouchi town — a misleading description that left us disappointed. We arrived around 6 p.m. and were met not with a warm welcome, but with an abrupt reminder that check-out is at 10 a.m. Since the Snow Monkey Park opens at 9 a.m., it's unrealistic to expect guests to visit and return in time. To make matters worse, the walk to the Snow Monkey Onsen is quite long, adding to the overall inconvenience.

굉장히 분위기 좋고 아늑하고 멋진 일본풍 숙소입니다. 직원분들도 매우 친절하시고 꼼꼼히 챙겨주셔서 편안히 머물 수 있었습니다. 특히 온천과 자연 속의 노천탕이 너무 좋았습니다. 🐵👍

館内は清潔で、露天風呂もあり良い旅館だと思います。 スノーモンキーパークに近く、楽しめますが、夕方過ぎると食事をする場所が無く、渋温泉や湯田中から戻るバスがありません。 素泊まりにしては値段が高い気がしました。

Absolutely exceptional!…it’s a hidden gem,it’s super 70’s classy chalet style and I really felt like I was the only person there..walking distance to the monkey park …full marks!.

我和家人在這裡度過了一段美好的時光，我三歲的女兒奧羅拉尤其喜歡這裡。房東的熱情好客簡直令人難以置信，這絕對是我們為期四周的日本之旅中最棒的體驗之一。阿琪真是太棒了，幫了我們很多忙。我們在健行期間，所有住宿都訂滿了，所以當晚我們沒地方住。我們偶然遇到了她，她竭盡全力地幫助我們，而且價格非常合理。屋內的溫泉也很不錯，寧靜祥和，我們去了三次，每次都是唯一的客人。我對這個地方讚不絕口，也一直非常感謝熱情好客的阿琪。尼克、布拉加和奧羅拉

I had a formal lease agreement with the operating company of this facility and was running a business at another location. However, I was ultimately forced to close. During this process, the company filed a lawsuit against me claiming several hundred thousand yen in damages, based on allegations such as voyeurism and school trip cancellation fees, which were entirely unfounded and unrelated. The case was heard at the Nagano District Court under Civil Case No. (Wa) 214 of 2023. On June 11, 2025, the court dismissed all claims made by the company, and none of their arguments were accepted. (I possess the official judgment as a party involved.) As this facility is operated by the same company, I believe this background should be taken into consideration when making a decision.
