Every member of staff were so friendly stunning location and very nice food

We had an amazing stay at Rhinefield House. Excellent staff who were highly professional and extremely welcoming from the Reception staff, bar staff and restaurant staff, nothing was too much. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal which was outstanding. George the restaurant manager was oustanding. The breakfast was equally as good and Jerry the manager was extremly good too. We had a young baby with us and staff helped warm bottles and find a suitable table to accomodate a pushchair. The whole hotel was stunning and extremlely clean. Plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits, water and fresh milk in fridge in our room which was refilled in the evening. This is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. We would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples and can't wait to return.

Went for dinner at Rhinefield. Excellent food locally sourced and well produced. Chef came to explain menu and answer questions. Good wine list and prices reasonable. Staff very attentive and appeared to went to ensure the event went well. Definitely recommended.

A truly wonderful experience. Two nights for our anniversary. We were well looked after making us feel like we were at home. Nothing was any trouble for all the staff. Meals taken in The Conservatory were delicious. Keep up the good work. We hope to return and/or try another of the Hand Picked Hotel Group.

Having come across Rhinefield House on countless review sites both my wife and we HAD to check it out. The venue itself was grand but fitting of a small to medium reception size, with the grand hall being a breathtaking location for our wedding breakfast. Annette, our wedding planner, was incredibly attentive, taking time to understand our wants and desires, whilst making us feel at home every time we visited. We can only recommend Rhinefield House as the destination for your wedding. If we could, we’d do it all again. Hoping to visit for our anniversary. A + J

Lovely hotel surrounding grounds are stunning. Food was excellent. All staff very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. Beds really comfortable. A bit of the beaten track but the hotel is really worth it. Prices well and very clean.

My wife and I stayed for a night in April 2024, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were fantastic, from the reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff, to the cleaning and maintenance staff. All were friendly, polite and attentive. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was lovely. We were very fortunate that during our stay the spa was so quiet that we had it all to ourselves for the two visits we made!

We stayed over Easter and really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff were excellent, very polite and informative. Breakfast was nothing short of superb. I was made to order and they have a wide selection of everything you could ask for. We used the gym and spa facilities every day. The gym is small but adequate for a short workout. The spa is clean and has a really nice pool. We had a lovely dinner in the conservatory and would highly recommend the lamb shank and gnocchi. Afternoon tea was fantastic too, it was a three course meal which was a nice twist of the traditional afternoon teas. The hot middle course was our favourite. The grounds were well kept and they had just opened the outside pool but we didn’t get a chance to try it. The hotel room had every amenity we needed, even though it was a little on the small side, but we only paid for the standard double. We would highly recommend staying at the Rhinefield and we are considering booking again later in the year

Lovely hotel to spend a night with my husband. Absolutely beautiful grounds to walk around and sit in. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The staff are so delightful. Specifically, a minster who is taking a year out is completely fab and a man named jerry who acts like he was put on this earth with the sole purpose of making your mealtimes perfect. Which he did. Menu creative and food simply delicious. Only downside is the spa is incredibly small. If more than 8 people want to use it at the same time there simply wouldn't be space.
