卡薩聖安娜酒店(Bayview Tower)

This was not the first time I have stayed here, but it was the first time in room 801. What a wonderful apartment!! Perfect corner location with the most stunning views. Extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to cater to my needs. Full functioning kitchen without a dishwasher, however the view made up for that little inconvenience. Absolutely loved staying here and waking up to those spectacular views. Staff were wonderful and the place was spic and span.

This hotel has an excellent location - right across from the beach/main *****. The rooms are clean and have good amenities.

Unfortunately, on our stay one of two lifts did not work and the working one could not get to ground floor. Pool area permanently closed, limited carpark, ants in the room but ... Rooms spacious, nice bathroom, comfy beds, airfryer, washing and dryer machines, toaster all included in the room. Hotel has a great potential. In general great value for money.

On arrival, the outside of the property and reception looked very grubby and tired. The receptionist was pleasant but I'm sure she didn't know what the room was like as she would be embarrassed to hand over the keys. Although the room had been adequately cleaned, the room was old, tired and the bathroom is in desperate need of a renovation. There were no bedside tables, no powerpoints near the bed, one powerpoint was partially detached from the wall. The only sitting space was the bed. The crockery and cutlery were a mish mash of different types. The outdoor setting didn't match. It was advertised as having Foxtel but there wasn't any, message on the TV screen was the account hadn't been paid. The advertisement and photos of the property do not give the true picture of what it is really like. Room 307, terrible. I would definitely not recommend this property. The only positive is the location.

Would not recommend this hotel to anymore. The photos do not look anything like the rooms, The place was dirty, had mould and rust. The beds were extremely uncomfortable resulting in a sleepless night. Disappointing considering how much they charge you for a night and you get something so disgusting.

Room was very run down: rusty non working cooktop, one powerpoint for microwave, kettle & toaster; kettle & toaster had to be used on top of microwave so cord could reach powerpoint - wouldn't pass a safety inspection. Pillows were flat, lumpy pancakes. NO internet, despite advertised as having WiFi, and reception saying it was available in room when I asked. Reception closed at 5pm so couldn't follow-up non existent WiFi. Noisy in morning due to workmen on site. Onsite parking inadequate and difficult to access. Would not recommend this place!

Bayview towers is in the most Amazing location and has incredible view but the Bathroom in our room was appalling! Uneven tiles, unfinished paintwork and ridiculous sliding doors that did not close. Disappointing.

Location was fantastic and great views. Room was comfortable. Parking could possibly be an issue during peak season. There are only a handful of undercover car parking spaces and we had to park across the road which was not an issue as it was not busy.
