We got a free upgrade to penthouse and the experience was amazing. Clean and comfortable rooms with great valley views. Variety of indoor and outdoor activities available.

Yercaud GRT ambience and stay at hotel was very comfortable.It also had lots of activities for all age group.Loved the hospitality overall. Service was very good too without much delay. The view and location is one of the best.

Lovely location up in the hills, great-sized rooms and excellent staff. Restaurant staff so helpful, particularly Bilhai. Lot of children who were quite noisy at the pool so we chose not to swim. Lots of monkeys around the balcony - nice to watch from inside! Breakfast and dinner choices for western palates could be better as we were staying three nights so wanted a change.

A very good stay option and pet friendly too. Staff is super hospitable. Location is just few KM from the city center. The views of the valley bellow from the property are to die for. We arrived on the weekend and there was a large group (30-40 family members with children) and they were a noisy bunch. Thankfully they left by evening. If there is an area for improvement, i would request management to keep a tab on the noise levels in the property. Avoid the Karaoke late into the night. Be mindful that guests chose these stays for quite and peace time away from hustle and bustle of the city. Overall it was a good experience.

We had a fantastic experience! Our family of four wanted a leisure vacation with peaceful and green view, all that we found at our stay here. Every staff we interacted with - had made an impression, they’re not only professional but also friendly and engaging. Mr. Ravi Kumar has made the interaction memorable with both valuable information and entertainment! And Mr. Prince must have left a lasting impact with his charm and welcoming smile, plus a nature walk with Mr. Selva was like the perfect way to enjoy some peaceful time outdoors. We had breakfast and dinner included in our package - both had great choice & taste. We also got a chance to participate in evening bon-fire + games + dj, beautifully organized.

Recently had a wonderful stay at GRT Yercaud. The location is outstanding and the views from the hotel are excellent. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The glass bridge is an added bonus, it was amazing. The food was also great with a wide variety of menu options, although the prices were a bit high. A special mention to Santhosh and his team in the restaurant. I also really loved the spa and the pools were well maintained. The hotel provided their own GRT branded pads during my stay. They came with disposable covers and were very comfortable to use, a gesture I really appreciated. There were also a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that we enjoyed a lot. Overall, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Having enjoyed staying at Great Trails Hotel a year ago we returned again for a couple of nights this September and were not disappointed. The standards remain high. It is a beautiful and well-kept hotel with lots of greenery, gorgeous views, helpful staff, good food, and comfortable beds. The rooms (we had Valley View) are generous in size. It is about a 10-minute walk into the township, which we noticed seemed to have a lot less litter on the streets than last year - well done, Yercaud. Less litter in town = tourists more likely to return! The upgrades to the road leading in Tiruvannamalai direction have also finally been completed so it took us less than 3 hours to get there. This time we went on the coffee plantation tour the Hotel was offering at Tipperary Estate which was unexpectedly great fun, sitting in the back of the jeep while the driver expertly navigated the steep hills. Overall I'd strongly recommend staying at the Great Trails Hotel if you like a bit of luxury amidst a now-cleaner Yercaud.

Stay partnered with good weather made our trip great. Nice property with good surroundings and views. Awesome food and hospitality by its staff.
