Recently I had a COLLEGE reunion at TGI star holidays Yercaud. I must say the experience was excellent and heart warming... The property is NESTLED in a very calm and silent Landscape. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were well prepared, we had a delicious appetite ... the reception team Miss. Rihya and her team and the food and beverages team and handles the guest and their needs in the very professional way... The food preparation was very well handled by Mr Ajay Kumar (food and beverages manager), Prakash (executive), Rio, Arumugam, Ganit, Umesh, Mathi kumar, in excellent and efficient way. I would give a benchmark to the team for South Indian breakfast and for North Indian food.. Their politeness and professional behaviour were best in class. Ambience in the property is very much comfort and closer to the nature. Definitely a nice place for couples and family who needs calm & total privacy...

Recently visited this resort with family and had a wonderful experience. Room - We stayed at Arabica Presidential Suite to accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids. The room has a living room and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with 1 bathtub. The room is luxurious and spacious. We can request for extra bed for additional costs. Food - Breakfast is complementary and we can pay for lunch/ dinner additionally if required. Good quality tasty food is served at the restaurant and room service was also good and responsive. Buffet spread was decent and ala carte was reasonably priced for a 3 star hotel. Amenities - Swimming pool, gym, badminton court, Kids play area, fire camp Location - The resort is located very close to the Yercaud Lake however it is better to hire a cab for sight seeing as it is quite far from the main road. Staff behavior - The front office desk , housekeeping and restaurant staffs are very kind and address our needs on priority. We were traveling with an infant and toddler and they made sure we did not have any challenge. The stay was really pleasant and memorable for our family and very pleased with the amenities. The only con was the frequent power cut but it was supported by immediate backup. This place is our go to resort whenever we plan a vacation to Yercaud.
