Davidson , dharani , priyadarshini , Nithya , and all the staff are amazing. The ambience is excellent and the facilities are innumerable. The complimentary trekking and yummy breakfast are excellent. Just one of "the best" and "the most unforgettable" experience in our life. Had loads of fun . The food although expensive was yummy. The rooms are exquisite. In the end it's a beautiful scenic place and really gives you the exact experience of living in a " grand palace ".

Hotel muy bien ubicado , elegido como lugar de descanso en un trayecto muy intenso desde Ooty a Chennai 550km , mas de 11 horas , en auto. Personal muy amables . Hotel deteriorado , polvo por todos lugares, exterior, los trabajadores barriendo y los huéspedes , depositando papeles, botellas , en jardines y demás. Habitacion muy descuidada, pasillos con gran deterioro ! Si asomas al mirador , desde piscina, el muro de contención lleno de papeles colgando !! Necesita renovación urgente!

Excellent stay @ Grand Palace !!! A scenic Clean and comfortable hotel! Very helpful staff . Especially Davidson ! He made our trip memorable with excellent pictures he took ! Don’t miss on this opportunity with this master photographer!

The setting and the atmosphere was very good . The drinks and food was upto the mark.it is been setup facing an view that is just amazing.The drinks ,especially salem alphonsa and Washington green apple cocktail. Staffs nithya and rimpi were excellent and was extremely cooperative and helpful.

Davidson is so kind and helpful throughout our Checkin and Checkout and he is very professional in explaining things covered with our package. We had a pleasant stay at Grand Palace Resort as the weather during November is cool and foggy during night, Highly recommended during this season.

We stayed at Grand Palace Hotel and Spa for two days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Rooms & Maintenance: The rooms were just okay. They are a bit old and definitely in need of some maintenance. Our AC wasn't working properly, and the intercom in the room was not functional either, which was a little inconvenient. Service & Staff: What really made our stay enjoyable was the excellent customer service. From the reception to the room service and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. A special mention to Nithya from the restaurant and Chef Ravi—both of them went out of their way to ensure we had a great dining experience. They checked on us frequently, asked for feedback, and even accepted suggestions very gracefully. We had ordered a Tiramisu that didn’t taste right, and they immediately replaced it without any hesitation. Their attitude toward service and guest satisfaction was really commendable. Food: The food at the restaurant was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, including the complimentary breakfast buffet. The variety and taste were both impressive. While the food is priced on the higher side, the quality justifies it to a large extent. Ambience & Amenities: The resort has a beautiful ambience, complete with an infinity pool, children’s play area, and other recreational activities. It's a great place to unwind and relax with family. Overall: Despite the room needing some upkeep, the warmth of the staff and the quality of the food made our stay very enjoyable. Big thanks again to Nithya and Ravi for their wonderful hospitality! Would recommend the place for a short, relaxing getaway in Yercaud.

My experience at the Grand Palace Hotel was amazing! The games were enjoyable, and the coordinator, Dharani Raj, did a great job. The receptionist, Priyadarshini, was very humble and welcoming. Food was very good and dining hall need to be improved rest all fantastic including location

Davidson was very helpful, respectful, and responsible. The scenery was exotic. The food was very nice in both restaurants. There were many activities to do here such as swimming, ziplining, shooting, etc. The rooms were also very clean and tidy. The room service was also very nice

Experience was awesome. Swimming pool is good and enjoyed the activities. Buffet breakfast was tasty and healthy. Room service was good. Davidson was very kind and polite. All the room services was done immediately. Kids play area was nice

Very good service at the restaurant and pleasant stay at the hotel. Excellent service by Ms. Nitya and Mr. Ravi.. The hotel has good facilities, indoor and outdoor games and Spa... The pizza at Altitude restaurant was wonderful. The Spa and pool was also good.

Rooms are decent. We went at a time when crowd was moderate. The morning breakfast was good, moderate in spice and oil with reasonable options. Property is crisp and slightly old fashioned, was soothing for a 2 day stay. Thanks to Nitya, Gaurav and Shubang for their service in restaurant.

Food was amazing... view and location exceptional... rooms well maintained..... courteous and friendly staff.. overall a great place to stay as family.. Open pool was great.... Should focus on some fun activities.... Also pool should have dress code and restriction to maintain cleanliness..

Nice Hotel with good views of the Hill. One of the best Resort in Yercaud. Has a dedicated kids play area, swimming pool and a small trek and activity area. Has ample car parking facility. The rooms are clean and has modern feel. Prakash Rajagopalan
