菲尼克斯酒店(The Phoenix Boutique Hotel)

Beautiful, spacious hotel room. Beautiful sofa and furniture. The decor was amazing. Very clean. Hotel was easily reached from airport 201 bus for £0.70 to Mashtots Road. Lovely swimming pool. Paid for breakfast but never went. Location was fantastic, right on Pushkin Street with countless lovely restaurants and bars nearby. 24 hour supermarket around the corner.

Some of the rooms have no window, except a small one overlooking the corridor, no sunlight and no fresh air! And they make coffee for the guests at reception in a toilet! I'm not joking - it is a toilet for receptionist, where there is a small kitchenette with a kettle, while the sink & W/C are not separated!

A really nice hotel set in a fab location. So close to a fab square with maids of restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to a lot of places. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Tv has Netflix on it which is great. Had a small pool which is cool in the hot weather. The staff are super friendly and make you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent and a highlight. The lady who runs the kitchen is so lovely. She was my favourite. She remember our order and was so happy to see us each morning. Really enjoyed speaking with her. She was so lovely. The staff must be the owners and live there. They sit around the foyer or the landing by the entrance day and night. One night it was really loud of them chatting and laughing early into the morning. Totally recommend this hotel. A real gem!

We had a great stay in this hotel. It was clean & comfortable. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The hotel is in a great location - so much is within walking distance. A lovely hotel in a fascinating city.
