酒店的地理位置優越，工作人員都非常有禮貌，願意幫助你解決所有需求，講一口流利的英語，房間乾淨，僅有3分鐘步行就能到共和國廣場。下次去Yetevan的時候，我會毫不猶豫地預訂這家酒店的。

Op een steenworp van het plein van de republiek heeft dit hotel echt een toplocatie. Met een prima ontbijt en zeer ruime, goed uitgeruste kamers biedt het ook waar voor z'n geld. Wat het ontbeert is charme - zowel het gebouw als het personeel zijn strak, zakelijk en gedateerd. Maar als dat geen must is, dan is dit een prima keuze.

Близко к центру. Просторный номер. Завтраки неплохие. Официанты на завтраках очень хорошо работают. В номере прохладно в жару. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Убитые номера. Грязные. По ночам слышно все машины с дороги. А тут любят газовать и сабвуфер включить))) В шкафу дверь сломана. В тв батарейки не работают. Санузел очень грязный. «Подарок» от прошлых жильцов нашел. Смотрите фотографии, думаю вы не захотите здесь жить.

Very conveniently located hotel with large / spacious rooms. However, I would not bother going there again as there are plenty better hotels just a hop and skip away. Dont be misled by the online photos, the hotel which gives it the old, rustic appearance. It is in the heart of the city and has anything and everything around it. The hotel is clean, with minimal amenities. No gym, no pool, very basic facilities. A very laid back hotel with almost no initiative or assistance. The hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast, which is not elaborate, but nice / decent. Tried contacting them for dine-in during normal hours for room service, but they were unavailable. Only 1 of the 2 rooms we booked had a very small 1 Ton a/c which was insufficient to cool the room. I assume that this would not be required during winter, but this was insufficient to cool the room down for a peaceful night sleep. The toilet flush kept on breaking down and drinking water was only provided on the first day. When requested, we were informed that we would be charged extra for water as their policy was to only provide water on the first day. Imagine 4 x 500ml water bottles provided (only) for 4 persons for 4 days. Very poor customer service and support when asked for information and assistance.

Соотношение, цены/качества/месторасположения. +++ Если Вам нужен высокий сервис, роскошные номера, если вы придирчивы к деталям, и т.п., это место не для Вас. Бывая в Ереване долгие годы, могу однозначно уверено утверждать, что за те же деньги можно рядом найти отель с красивой картинкой, роскошными отзывами, но по факту это будет недавно переделанный полу развалившийся деревянный домик, с картонными стенами; или эксплуатируемый последний этаж соседнего элитного жилого комплекса, очень хорошо переоборудованный, но без окон, но с хорошей вентиляцией… и т.д. и т.п. Авиатранс, видимо построен ещё в советское время, капитальное здание, спроектированное, как гостиница. Если Вас не сильно парит протёртый где-то ковролин, скол на краю письменного стола, застиранная шторка в ванной, отсутствие халата – то рекомендую, расположение шикарное и окна не на шумную улицу. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, без излишних понтов и лени добавит позитива, не стесняйтесь, обращайтесь к ним. Уже как год, на достаточно скромном завтраке появился свежесваренный кофе, раньше был только порошок, собственно, обычное явление для многих отелей Армении.

We needed a 2-bedroom suite - which are usually hard to get - so I took a chance with an independent hotel I've never heard of before - and the bet sure paid off! The amount of space you get for the price is great - 2 real rooms with daily housekeeping. THe room and hotel in general is clean and well maintained. The location can not be better - right next to Northern avenue and 3 minute walk to the Republic Square. Our rate (and looks like all rates actually) included breakfast. It is a pretty good buffet and you can also order additional items like omelettes and Armenian coffee. All included. Talking about food scene, there are dozens of great restaurants within easy walking distance. (do not miss Syrovarnya!) Armenians in general are very hospitable people - but the hotel staff really goes above and beyond: anything you need from printing the boarding pass, to recommending places to visit - to helping you open a bottle of wine. All with a smile. My only recommendation for the hotel - put corkscrews in the rooms - after all, most people visiting Yerevan will want to try a bottle of wine. Or more than one...

Все хорошо.сервис.завтраки.центр! Рядом все достопримечательности. Площадь респубоики. Северный проспект. Все все рестораны и музеи. Прекрасное обслуживание. Большие номера. Безопасная доброжелательная атмосфера. Обязательно вернемся

The location is very good. In the center of Yerevan. In a few steps from the Republic square and Northern avenue. Rooms are OK, not high quality hotel clean .. very dirty balcony. My friend didn't even go out to smoke. Beds are small, breakfast not reach, table clothes dirty... I guess it was a good hotel some time but it is not now. In such a good place, they should have better service..I will not stay in that hotel again.

Location of the hotel is great, just 5 mins from Republic Square. Our room was huge, more like a suite than a room, which we weren't expecting. We had a separate sitting room area, room and then bathroom. The decor is a little dated, but everything is well kept and very clean. The extra space is lovely when coming back from a day walking around the city. The breakfast is excellent! Huge choice and variety, good food and the waiters are extremely friendly! Good coffee too - which is hard to find in Yerevan! The beds were very comfy and the AC was in the bedroom section and worked well. You can get a lot cheaper hotels in YErevan, but they won't have the location and the space. If I was to go back to Yerevan, I'd stay in Aviatrans again. The wifi was a bit patchy, but we still had good enough connection

We had double deluxe room, which was large, clean, and nice. AC worked good and without noise, bathroom with bathtub, clean and functioning well, good breakfast, and most importantly wonderful stuff that helps with anything you need. We had a very positive experience!

酒店的位置非常好，工作人員無可挑剔。房間很乾淨，每天都打掃乾淨，毛巾更換。早餐不是特別豐富，但是每樣都很好吃。每天都有蔬菜和水果。還有大量的乳製品。謝謝

Staff are kind and patient with you, even if you can’t speak Armenian. The staff genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast had some choices I wasn’t familiar with. The location is fantastic. I always received a smile and a greeting from the staff, and always had a good rest each night.

We liked everything. The room was large and bright. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

The hotel is little old but very roomy, the bathroom, living room and bedroom are nice size, much better the IBIS.
