After the first night, we were glad that you agreed to move, hoping it would improve your experience.As for the power outage, we investigated the issue and found that the power disruption was isolated to your room. It appears to have been caused by an electrical item you were using, which unfortunately overloaded the system. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding as our team worked to restore the power as quickly as possible.While we are pleased that you appreciated the style and appearance of the hotel, we are sorry to hear that the bathroom and room design did not meet your expectations.
