The accommodation has 5 rooms: ABCDE. Rooms A and E are the same; we got A, which was quite cramped. The price is the same, just different room types. Rooms BCD are larger. When booking, you'll see clear pictures of BCD. The pictures of AE are unclear ( UNCLEAR); they use confusing photograpic techniques, leading to misunderstandings. Even on the mini Ipad check in still use BCD room picture .if you don't look closely, you'll think it's room BCD. Regardless of the room type, they are all small. We got room A as a family (parents and child). My wife and child always sleep together so a small room isn't a problem as long as the beds are next to each other, like BCD. When booking, you won't see a room layout, and you won't be able to choose A-D; the accommodation assigns rooms based on that. Room AE is almost invisible, with only one picture. It's not suitable for families. We tried to change to room BCD, but it wasn't possible; it was probably fully booked. The check-in process was difficult and confusing. It required touching a screen, not a code, and needed to be entered twice. After entering the code, you had to follow with the letter E. The screen showed A and E, but the password provided didn't explain how to use the screen or what letters to follow. The stairs are very steep; be careful. Those with luggage should consider whether they can lift it. We had to call the accommodation to explain that our room didn't match the pictures. We wasted almost half an hour trying to communicate but couldn't understand each other. In the end, we reluctantly decided to stay. The next morning, we happened to meet the cleaning lady. She couldn't speak English but connected us to a man who seemed to be a different person from the one we'd spoken to the day before. This man spoke English very well and seemed capable of helping us. However, he spoke to us rudely, saying we had no right to speak to the cleaning staff and using an unpleasant tone. We explained that we didn't know who else to talk to as there was no one else around, so we had to ask for help. It was a huge hassle. The accommodation wouldn't let us contact them again and we couldn't cancel the reservation. Ultimately, we were forced to stay, with my wife and child crammed onto one bed for four nights. It was a very unpleasant experience.

地理位置很棒，我们舒舒服服地住了两天。 但是，浴巾之类的用品只够一天的量， 有点可惜。 要是他们能提供两天的量就好了。

Passage éclair, un peu petit comme espace je pense pour 4 personnes, c'est un dortoir disont. À la base nous avions réservé pour 5 personnes, mais seulement 4 lits, heureusement que la 5 eme personne était un enfant de 4 ans qui pouvait dormir avec un de ses parents... Trop petit à notre goût pour 4.
