設施：很好，房間很乾凈整潔舒適，民宿於風景區中心，去每個景點都非常方便。空氣清新旁邊有溪流潺潺還有個大的竹林可以去散步。

出乎意料的好，客服小姐姐人很貼心，還邀請我們摘了院子裏的柿子，小朋友們很開心😃。衞生搞得好，睡覺的被子因為靠江有點潮，睡前拿吹風機往被套裏吹了一下，睡覺還是很舒服的。早飯的永嘉麥餅很好吃，問了阿姨哪裡買的（傻妹麥餅）可惜回程沒買到，民宿出門右拐就是吃飯的店，5個人吃了200，性價比很高，再往往江邊走就是九甸園漂流，早9就我們幾個人很安靜很舒服，劃了半小時，回來還有車送回到開始坐船的地方。

老闆和管家很有親和力，服務很周到，和孩子游泳完，換洗的衣服，管家幫忙晾曬，有兩份早餐，和在家的感覺一樣放鬆，環境衞生，打掃的很乾凈，隔音好，晚上睡覺沒有雜音～～住的很舒服～～～推薦...夏天就是玩水的時候。剛好這附近有江河，因為帶孩子過來，管家也是很貼心的囑咐一定要注意孩子的安全..～～很暖心.....～～

周邊沒什麼吃的，就幾個賣餅和一家麪館，離江邊挺近的，服務的話老闆娘人還不錯，但是牙膏牙刷都沒有還好我自己帶了，住的五樓沒有電梯都懶得下去了。床下面有個蟲子的屍體，然後早上八點半老闆娘發微信説停電了，這個天停電了真的熱的不行，熱水要麼燙死要麼冷死，300多價格連個投影儀都沒，上樓還需要換鞋還不是一次性的我真的是第一次見。
