位置離Untermyer Gardens很近，酒店房間還算寬敞，也挺乾淨的，有微波爐和冰箱。美中不足的是我洗澡的時候熱水不夠熱。

一切都挺好的，唯一有點小缺憾是洗手池水流偏細小。總之不錯。

出乎意料的滿意

Enjoyed my stay a lot . I will definitely book this place again and again.

I had a real nice stay everything was excellent

In the room next to us throughout the night. It sounded like this woman was being killed. We called the front desk. Nobody ever picked up the phone. My son went downstairs to tell the people that the front desk. And they said that they were took care of it. But we heard that fight in screaming going all Night long, it was not a safe place. Unfortunately, the bidding and the main wall stank like poop. I also found broken Gray fingernails in the bedding. Talk about disgusting and when I try to call the front desk. It just rang and rang and wait

I would not stay there again. The room next to mine party till 1:30 in the morning and not one staff member did anything about it. Also, there was no complementary breakfast which I thought was part of my package. Clearly I was mistaken.

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet (even next to elevators). Nice fire pit patio! Just very Expensive!!

I love this hotel and their amazing staff. It is clean, quiet,and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The management staff were rude and discourteous. I would NEVER stay at this property again.

Really great experience. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was absolutely comfortable. Room was clean. I have zero complaints as per usual at this establishment.
