It's disheartening when such issues arise during a trip, especially when you're looking forward to a relaxing stay. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but it's important for the property owner to address and resolve these issues promptly and professionally. I hope they take this feedback constructively and make improvements for future guests. Overall, my experience at this aparthotel was disappointing due to the cleanliness issues, unresolved parking fee, and unprofessional communication.
