房間不是很大，很乾凈。店家很熱情，幫我們抬箱子。早餐挺豐盛，量很足。

房東很熱情，早餐不錯，房間很暖和。

房間很舒服，乾淨衞生，早餐很豐盛。我們一家三口從倫敦坐火車來的約克，酒店離火車站很近，離肉鋪街也很近。總之酒店很棒，工作人員也很友善，超出了我們的預期。非常推薦！

下午3點後入住，前台連個人影都沒有，要打電話聯繫房東，後來還是住在裏面的其它客人幫我們開的門。衞生間洗浴台採用的不是混水閥，冷熱龍頭分開，隔的較遠，大冬天的用水，一邊冷死，一邊燙死，暖氣分時段供應，不是全天都有。早餐一言難盡，想把培根（又鹹又幹，難吃的要死）換成烤腸，回答是NO，每桌似乎看心情上單，菜單上沒有烤麪包片，隔壁桌上了，我們桌沒上，我問隔壁桌是單獨點的嗎，他們説沒有，反正就上了。房間按金在不告之的情況下直接扣掉，害的我以為卡被盜刷，緊急將信用卡凍結，總之非常不好的體驗。不輕易差評，但實在是體驗感太差。

酒店設施齊全，環境清幽，早餐All Day Breakfast非常豐富，食物新鮮，職員有禮，服侍周到，值得推介！

除了隔音不是很好，其它都不錯，離火車站很近，早餐很好

房間整潔乾淨，每日都會打掃整理。早餐很滿意，要的水果沙拉配傳統英式早餐，服務很周到，下次來還會選擇這裏。

房間打掃得非常乾淨，早餐也非常好。推薦入住。

這裡的工作人員非常友好，包含的早餐恰到好處。您可以享用全套英式早餐和菜單上的所有其他東西，只要您能全部吃完。位置很好，從火車站到市中心步行約10分鐘。不過冬天建議下午3點前入住，因為賓館對面有一片森林，天黑的時候走過去會有點毛骨悚然。

Un lugar que justifica lo que vale. Ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo y pintoresco. A 5 cuadras de la estación de Trenes y 5 cuadras del centro comercial de York. Fuimos atendidos por Caroline, una persona muy cálida y amable. Hicieron nuestra estadía muy placentera. La mejor de la recomendaciones

No one to greet us, even though we arrived at 2.30pm. Used key pad to enter hotel. Small room with cobwebs and dated feel about the place. No wardrobe, only cheap hanging frame (similar to a student hostel). The cheapest finish to everything! Don’t stay if you’re above average height as you’ll struggle to use the lavatory. Only a few inches between shower and lavatory. Cheap doors and dated lighting etc. The owner obviously cares more about cutting costs and buying the cheapest food and furnishing. An example is having only 2 screws to hold the door handle on the bathroom door! Saving money and using those other 2 screws on another door probably. Very mean attitude. parked in the allocated space opposite hotel and returned to find our car covered in sticky tree sap! We luckily noticed it and had to have it professionally cleaned to have the stuff removed. We left a message for the owner of hotel to call back but no reply. The breakfast was horrible. Even the cheapest sausages were served. Toast was made from basic and horrible bread. To sum up our stay….soulless place. Not sure why people leave good reviews! If you’re really desperate for somewhere close to York, then stay here but you would never want to return or recommend it to anyone.

Just returned from a weekend here with my little family. The welcome was warm and friendly and our room (9) was spotless. I was concerned when I noticed our room overlooked the rail line, but I needn't have worried, it was no issue at all. The beds were extremely comfy and due to the location, the sleep quality was amazing. No noisy late night revellers. Breakfasts were absolutely gorgeous too. Highly recommended and woukd love to return. Lovely walk into the centre.
