和諧之家酒店(Harmony House Boutique B&B)

What a delight is Harmony House and her owner, Adele. I went for one of the seasonal retreats offered here and left feeling blessed and enriched and filled with joy. We could not have been more looked after, from our beautiful rooms and small thoughtful touches, to delicious meals and much fun and laughter. It had it all in abundance. This is a special place and it is a must for others to visit and experience all the delights also!

We stayed at Harmony House for the weekend so we could do some sightseeing in York and the Christmas markets of course. The house is absolutely stunning. Adele is the best host ever, nothing was too much for her and her breakfasts are amazing. We felt very much at home straight away and on arrival enjoyed a cheeky mulled wine in the lounge by the fire. The bedroom was beautiful (we stayed in Great Burnet) and had everything we needed. We got into York on the number 42 bus which was only about a 25 minute journey, you can also park at the retail park but we mainly wanted to into the city so didn't go there. It was a foggy weekend so we didn't get to see much of Stillingfleet but that just means we'll have to come back so we can see the dark skies. I would highly recommend staying here. A wonderful experience. I visited with 6 other ladies for a self led retreat. It is a real home from home. Adele, our host could not do enough for us. Beautifully cooked breakfast, warm rooms, log fire in sitting room. So quiet and peaceful.

What a wonderful place - unique and beautiful decor, super clean, lovely facilities, soft cosy bed, wonderful personal welcome from Adele, and fabulous breakfast choices - really healthy and beautifully presented - it will be so hard to beat this experience anywhere else.

Just south of York and in a pretty village suited us perfectly and this self-catering "cottage" was great. Comfortable and spacious it was perfect for the 2 of us. First floor bedroom with en suite and ground floor lounge and galley kitchen. We'd stay again.

Excellent base for exploring with a great host. Harmony House is a lovely property overlooking the green next to the local church, very peaceful. Poppy room was spacious and comfortable. Adele's breakfasts were excellent and she was able to give us advice on local restaurants. Stay here!

Adele the owner is a superb host. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she runs a lovely b and b. Will stay again in not too distant future.

Adele and her B&B are wonderful! Adele is such a warm and charming lady and she makes superb breakfasts. We stayed for a few days and had a very comfortable stay. Stillingfleet is a lovely place to wander around and although there isn't a pub in the village it didn't spoil our stay. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable one, Adele. X

We can only concur with all the positive comments re this excellent b& b. It is a very interesting building, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and hosted by a really lovely lady, Adele.
