The stay was amazing!! 100% returning here

I got there after a long trip and they had canceled my reservation, even though it was confirmed and I’d paid a deposit. They said they were overbooked and just canceled my reservation, leaving me absolutely left me in the lurch, with no place to stay, although I had called earlier that day and confirmed my reservation. Atrocious. I am furious. Terrible hotel. Horrible to cancel a customer because of “overbooked” - not my fault!

This is literally one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Beautiful grounds, tastefully decorated rooms, wonderful staff. I loved the little touches like the glass of Rose upon arrival, and the "free" snacks in the room and lobby. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and bountiful. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Keep doing what you are doing. Our whole crew was delighted.

The property and staff are great with exception. Of check in. Check in time was suppose to be at 4 pm. The room was not ready till 6 pm.

Stylish, central, quiet hotel with good sized rooms and enormous bathrooms. Complimentary snacks and water. Convenient location. The staff are nice, albeit stretched a little too thin— not their fault

Property is in a great location and grounds very beautiful. I wanted to rate this hotel high but we had a terrible experience with neighbors. Had to call 2 times about noise right outside the room and then when they relocated into the room. I probably should have called 2-3 more times. The neighbors yelling and slamming things at Midnight, 1am, 5am, 7am and then what I assume is returning from breakfast. Manager called and apologized and said the night staff should have asked them to leave but failed to. Offered to refund 2 days of resort fees for the issue. Overall this experience ruined a birthday celebration because of loss of sleep. The town is quiet and upscale and these neighbors did not respect other guests. Next time will select another resort that will actually do something about rude guests. You can see my full review on Yelp.

This is an amazing property in the center of Yountville. Massive rooms, great breakfast, and amazing amenities. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Absolutely LOVED everything about our stay. They are exceptional with customer service, kindness, and generosity. What a wonderful experience. We will be back!
