Perfect combination of comfort, Kyrgystan yurt experience and breathtaking views. If you are a sucker for lovely sunset and sunrise do stay here and watch it from the comfort of your bed. There are various activities to do but I prefer the hike and saw the absolute stunning views. The food is amazing and the staff is warm and welcoming

Remote place that has very nice views in the middle of wilderness. Staff found helpful and polite. The restaurant has various food offerings, authentic & European. It is important to mention that there is a big difference between cabins and rooms with balconies. The cabins do not offer WiFi, nor telephones, nor TV, nor closet, nor safe. The cabin is a very basic room with barely basic offerings. The water heater lasts for 3 minutes shower only then it gets as cold as ice. The cabin has very poor curtains (short). You need to be careful not to bump your head with the water heater when entering the bathroom. The road to this place is very bumpy and without lights, making it a bit risky to drive through the night. We will come back again but we will chose the uper rooms with balcony.

I have been several times to the hotel. It offers a very nice experience for a peaceful weekend with the family. It has a very nice view to enjoy the nature. The breakfast was on a good level considering the emphasis is on ethnographic elements. The restaurant has a wide variety and delicious. I can always recommend a visit to the hotel.

In the morning our tour started from Bishkek. In one day we visited 2 places. 1st Ala Archa national park. 2nd afternoon we arrive to Chunkurchak valley, here is possible Zip line, Cable car and horseback riding. I triyed horse riding its really amazing experience in a mountains. You can order food here in a restaurant but quite expensive. And staying in a hotel I think good experience, company told us they can book also for you. On the way back possible bungee jumping and walking on Sky bride. I would recommend for everyone this tour

Receptionist is friendly and had walked me thru my cottage. Room is inviting and is very spacious with basic amenities. though it seems mattress may need changes. overall had a memorable experience as nature is in your doorstep!

We booked a yurt but were given a shabby tin lodge so hot we soaked towels as sheets in order to sleep. Dinner booked well in advance was unavailable. Staff attitude appalling, fought to get any compensation

Location itself is really beautiful so it's really worth visiting it, but personally I'd recommend to save your money and just rent a car/transfer for a whole day instead of staying in the hotel. Here is why? Hotel is basically failing apart and looks like it received 0 maintenance from opening 10 years ago. Some yurts even has fallen parts of foundaition and no one actually cares. We was living in the yurt and it was terrible: TV was missing, floors was screeching on every step, damaged isolation on electrical wires, wiggly water tap and other broken stuff (more about later). Even provided kettle has wrong electrical plug type (Chinese type I think) so it took 2 hours for stuff to bring right adapter. And the best part - toilet seat was damaged so it wasn't possible to use it without hurting yourself - so when we complained to reception they sent a guy who tried to replace it for the couple of hours, but at the end he just returned the same damaged seat but now it was in dirt and he didn't even screw it back. Oh and when leaving he told us that we reported it too late... So while generally stuff in nice but they don't really care and don't want to do anything. Considering the price i can't recommend this place at all.
