This hotel is quiet and feels safe, it's convenient to shopping centers and restaurants but the pool area is filthy, I never once saw anyone clean not only the pool but also the chairs around the pool and the tables. The maid only came to clean our room once during our 10 night stay - even after we made a complaint and requested our room gets cleaned.

The breakfast was a higher standard than most other hotels. Unfortunately our room had alot of traffic noise from the freeway, so much so we left the bathroom fan on all night to help drown it out.

The hotel room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Great customer service. Will definitely stay again.

Reception was very friendly upon check in. When asked if she can recommend a few spots to eat she gave us plenty of options and on our way back from dinner she asked how our dinner was and if we liked her recommendation. Hotel was clean and smelled really good upon entering

From the early check in to the happy attitude and friendly talk, The young lady who assisted me upon arriving was top notch.

The room and hotel were nice, it was in a pretty good location, but the breakfast was not very good.

This hotel was clean and quiet. The location was close to almost everything. The breakfast buffet was very nice as well. If we pass through Yuma again we will certainly be staying here again. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

We always love a hotel with a fan in the bathroom! The room was spacious and very clean! We will stay here again!

Good Stay Overall. Checked in late from work and a late checkout request was denied.

Yuma is a convenient stop-over between AZ and San Diego. This hotel room had a very small counter and cube style frig with a microwave and bar sink. Quite snug. And dark. The sofa was a nice addition. Bathroom was a good size and sleeping quality met our expectations. Breakfast buffet offerings included eggs and all the usual items travelers have come to expect from complimentary food items. Laundry facility, fitness facility, and pool were all well maintained. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is so very convenient to a large outdoor mall with a multitude of shopping opportunities. We have stayed in the downtown area often but prefer this newer area.

Very clean and spacious room. The Staff was extremely helpful with great communication and a smile always on their faces. Esmeralda went above & beyond to help us our very last evening. We are thankful for her kindness. Definitely will stay her again!

Trip Advisor Completely Awful Long, nit picky review Outside looks great at night and it is an easy convenient location. Walking inside is where everything goes down hill. The smell is like walking into a warm moist dish of hamburger helper. The temperature in the lobby was warmer and more humid than any hotel I have ever stayed in. Elevator, there’s one and it sounds pretty sketchy and labors to get started. I’m a smaller person so I know it wasn’t over burdened by me. The room…..small, popcorn ceiling, grossly misplaced tv. The carpet was wet, the bed was old and transferred the tiniest of movements. The highway noise is obnoxious, any noise in the hallway can be heard and there’s an exterior vent that is would make noise. When the fridge clicks on, it’s loud as well and can be heard through ear plugs. The fitness room is seriously lacking. Smells like there has never been one moment of fresh air entering the room, water dispenser had brown particles. To add a sparkling cherry on top, breakfast was dismal. It consisted of mostly cooked, microwaved eggs, something that resembled bacon, microwaved in a bag waffles and the most watery, slimy oatmeal one could make. Hopefully this review helps you avoid wasting your hard earned money at such a terrible hotel. Since I have to give it 1 star, the linens appear to be clean and the front desk clerk was attentive to her duties.
