Nice, clean hotel we used as a stopping point on the way to our final destination. Not a luxury hotel but it did the job, giving us a comfy bed and had a small restaurant if you don’t want to go off property. The restaurant was good for basic fare. We ate there for dinner one night and for breakfast. I would definitely return to this hotel if I ever find myself in Yuma again. It is probably the nicest hotel in the area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We got a room facing the river and adjacent park. There were some homeless people at the park so I was a bit nervous walking on my own there, as it is just around the corner from the detention center. But that was probably just me being paranoid. I saw plenty of joggers using the park as well.

Solidly built hotel, compared to other HGIs. New York ***** on the menu, which was good the two times I purchased. Decent cocktail menu. My room faced the rear of the hotel, and barely heard any noise from surrounding area. Never heard sound from room above, or neighboring rooms (but unsure if occupied).

The front desk staff was so friendly. After our stay we identified a significant error in the billing, but when we called to correct it we left multiple voicemails for someone named Sara. Finally got a return call from someone name Erika, who said "yeah, sorry, I'm not going to change that". Then Erika told us that Andrew, the GM, doesn't take calls and she has the final say so we weren't allowed to talk to him. Other than that the property is adequate enough, just don't wander beyond the parking lot after dark...it's pretty sketchy.

My wife and I have stayed here several times in the past, and were looking forwards to another nice stay. Unfortunately, this time we were in room 228, and what I thought was just a minor inconvenience turned out to be a nightmare. Upon checking in, I noticed a slight vibration in the room. I couldn’t tell where it was coming from, but didn’t think much of it. That night, the bed felt like someone had put a quarter in the “magic fingers” machine! The bed, nightstands, and everything in the room was vibrating to the point where sleep was impossible. I called the front desk, and the clerk had maintenance look into it. She reported back that all the kitchen vents had been shut off, and they didn’t know what was causing the vibrations. They were totally sold out, so she couldn’t move us to a different room. She offered us free breakfast vouchers, but I wasn’t satisfied with that. She promised to have the manager call me in the morning to discuss it. The manager has yet to call me. She did send a generic email, only after I responded to a survey from Hilton. I tried to call her on the phone, but the number she provided didn’t go through. So, I replied to her email, and again have heard nothing back. They’ve lost my business forever.

I stayed here last weekend with a large group of friends and have absolutely no complaints!! The staff was amazing, the rooms got super cold which we really liked. The whole hotel was very clean and we felt very welcomed. Would definitely recommend for a place to stay if you’re coming to Yuma!!

They now charge 12$ per person for the once free continental breakfast. While traveling with the family that’s one accommodation I normally look for. Now they set it out so you’d think it’s the free continental breakfast just to find out there’s a fee

Really enjoyed this Hilton Garden Inn. The staff made this hotel stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning is cooked to order or a continental selection. Dinner menu is adequate for a quick meal, but there are several restaurants nearby. Hotel does have room service during restaurant hours. Pool is outdoors and about the size of a home inground pool, water is like bath water in the Yuma heat of 100+ degrees daily. Hotel is pricy ($150+)for Yuma, but it seems all of the better hotels are priced comparably.

First time around, the water service was cut off for repairs and anyone in the shower was out-of-luck big time (as we were). Second time around, the waitstaff person had no idea how to charge the breakfast to the room. It took several calls and follow up to fix that mess. Rooms are okay. Not exactly a 4 or 5 star experience by any means. But this is Yuma and maybe this is as good as it gets. Next time we pass through, we will give another hotel a try. Proximity to the river walk path was very nice and most welcome. Staff did not always seem to be properly trained. For Hilton Honors members, you do get a $10 per person credit for food and that almost paid for breakfast.

Not only was this a beautiful venue to hold my daughter's wedding reception, but we received so many comments on how good the food was. Top that off with everyone working to make it a special night! We would highly recommend this hotel and convention center.

20 of my friends and I checked in for a weekend tubing trip. 6 of us arrived at the same time and the Host Amanda got us all squared away quickly & professionally. My stay was 5 star! I’ll be back later in the year for dove season! Please keep up the great work!

We had a group of about 20 people for our annual tubing trip. The staff especially Angela was very a Accommodating. Hotel was clean..bar fully stocked. Thought it wonderful that they had a guest of the day they celebrated. I was the guest day 1 made me feel anazing

My friends and I often travel to Yuma for a group river float, but this was our first time at this location. The hotel met all of our needs including great accommodations, clean facilities, walking distance from downtown, convenient lobby bar, and a nice pool area. The staff were amazing as well. The public area attendant made sure to keep our towels stocked and the pool deck clean and even made sure that the hot tub timer stayed on for us throughout the day. The front desk agent Angela was truly the highlight of our stay. She always greeted us with a smile regardless of what shift she was working… and she worked A LOT that weekend. I highly recommended this hotel if you are looking for a spot that checks all the boxes.

Hotel is very convenient to walking to restaurants and bars. We did a float on the Colorado River and we floated right behind the hotel!! Clean Rooms, Comfy Beds, A/C was super cold (love that), and what a GREAT staff.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Yuma Pivot Point on Friday, May 20-22, 2022. I do not recommend this hotel. The front desk staff, Marlena, was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude. The AC was out in the common areas our entire stay. The refrigerator in the room froze all our drinks and they exploded. Really did not like how the curtains do not close more than what is pictured. The Wifi did not work. We ran out of toilet paper and our room was not serviced. After all that, we were over charged $50. When we had to request towels from the front desk since the room was not serviced, Marlena stated, “Well, that’s not my fault and there is nothing I can do since all housekeeping staff has left for the day. If you want something, you can come down to the front desk and get it because we are short staffed.” I stated that the prior day extra towels were brought up to my room and she again stated, “Well today we are short staffed.” Her tone was unapologetic, harsh, and rude throughout the conversation. While the situation was unpleasant, it was Marlena’s attitude that escalated the situation and turned it into an out right poor experience. Overall, this was a very bad experience. Angela, the other front desk team member that was on staff during my stay, was amazing and I really wish the Hilton could hire more people like her!
