很復古的酒店，在山腰上，環境很好，空氣很清新，在城市的靠北邊，周邊沒有什麼配套，離downtown 約10公里，交通不太便利。

克羅地亜自駕遊好地方，遠離市區安靜，特別是復古設計，房間非常整洁舒服。酒店員很好，早餐豐富，下次也會再來。

Charming hotel, good price but the rooms are not very comfortable. It is a bit far from the city center

호텔이 거의 미술관처럼 그림이 많고 아름답습니다..시내버스 정류장이 호텔 바로 앞에 있어서 교통도 너무 좋고 아침식사도 정말 좋았습니다..

모든 면에서 기본은 갖춰져있고 호텔분위기가 고풍스러워서 종 신선했어요~

We loved the artwork and the complimentary breakfast.

Excellent savory breakfast, with cooked and raw vegetables, eggs, meat, cured meats, cheeses, etc. The sweet part is a little lacking. Free private parking. Large room. The shower head cannot be hung on the wall. The sink rests on a shelf that is too deep, which makes it difficult for people who are not tall to use

The hotel, which has own, free parking for cars is a bit out of the center, however ideal location if you want to visit both the city center (easy to get there with publoc transport) and the mountains for hiking. (22 mins walking to the cable car) We got a pleasant, clean room equipped with old, classic style furniture. Had well stuffed pillows, comfy beds, silent nights for good sleep. Breakfast is of a good selection of tasty choices and everything gets refilled by constant interaction with the hosts. We also tried the restaurant for dinner and we can only talk highly of the tastes we could experience there. Overall, we had a very nice experience staying at this hotel and would definitely return another time also.

Although they didn't have to they, without any financial surplus, changed our booking to a date later because of illness. The hotel has an air of grandeur, takes you back on time in a mostramos agreable way. The restaurant is really good also.

Estuvimos alojados en este singular hotel durante nuestro paso por Zagreb en el circuito de Croacia, y fue toda una experiencia positiva. Llegamos ya para cenar y nos recibió el dueño con una bienvenida brindando con champagne y haciendo participar a diferentes miembros del grupo en la apertura y descorche de la botella. Nos enseñó su museo particular a base de libros con recetas de cocina a nivel mundial, cuadros y utensilios culinarios, realmente interesante...!! Luego nos dieron una cena casera muy rica y el servicio muy amable y dispuesto. Las habitaciones y pasillos del hotel son espectaculares de bonitos por la decoración de época (siglo XIX), dignos de ser fotografiados... toda una experiencia...!!

Hotel favoloso a conduzione familiare. Noi, in 12, siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza, ci hanno offerto anche un aperitivo di benvenuto, fuori, nel giardino del ristorante. Abbiamo mangiato bene e il titolare ci ha spiegato la storia della sua famiglia da 5 generazioni titolare dell'albergo. Grazie anche a tutto il resto dello staff, carinissimo davvero. Bravi tutti, ci avete accolto come se fossimo della famiglia...🔝

Hotel antigo, cheio de referências do passado! É como voltar no tempo: lindas escadas, quarto enorme, banheiro grande. Café da manhã completo e servido em um lindo salão! Atendimento no check in excelente! Pessoal muito atencioso e prestativo!

Het hotel is gelegen aan de rand van de stad. Binnen waan je je in een mooi museum met veel antiek en schilderijen. De kamer en badkamer waren ruim en schoon. Helaas had het gebouw veel geluiden in de nacht, van de airco, koelkast en de spoeling van het toilet. Een van de lampen in de badkamer werkte niet. Het ontbijt had een luxere uitstraling kunnen hebben, i.p.v. bijvoorbeeld jam en yoghurt in wegwerp verpakkingen.

This is a wonderful family owned hotel that we would absolutely stay at again (I believe it has been owned by the same family for almost 200 years). We stayed in the Elizabeta Room. Our room was spacious and clean. The room had a historic feel with the decor, but it was still modern and comfortable. There was a nice sitting area in the room with chairs, a couch, desk and coffee table. The bathroom was also spacious with a nice deep soaking tub. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and we had no difficulties communicating in English with them. Breakfast had a variety of options to fill us up to start the day. The hotel itself is beautiful with historic pictures and items throughout all of the common areas. Their family owned restaurant is right across the street which was delicious and convenient. One night we went to the front desk and asked if it was okay for us to get our dinner for carry-out. The man at the front desk gave us a menu, asked what we wanted, and then delivered the food to our room when it was ready which was a nice surprise. We had expected to go over and order for ourselves and carry it back ourselves so the extra customer service was really nice. Note that it's not in the historic center of Zagreb so you'll need to drive if that's where you'll be heading each day. We had a car so this wasn't a problem for us. It was only about a 5 minute drive. They had a parking lot for guests which was nice and convenient. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
