傑格爾霍姆酒店(Hotel Jagerhorn)

环境：It’s very convenient to access to famous tourist attractions. 服务：Staffs are kind. breakfast is delicious. 设施：Room is clean and tidy. I love their furnitures.

I found Hotel Jägerhorn to be at two ends of the spectrum. On the positive, the staff and support team were fantastic. They went out of their way to help me with my questions and needs. And, the location is amazing! But, the hotel is tired. The carpet is old and stained and my room 205 was smelly. I tried to air it out with the lovely open window but to no avail. Also, as the hotel has no elevator, carrying the bags up and down two flights of stairs is a heavy lift for an older woman like me. Again, the staff were extremely helpful in taking one of the bags up and down but it required asking. They are not staffed to do so. So....I would recommend the hotel but suggest to the hotel it gives itself a bit of a renovation.....

Old but clean and nicely maintain the facilities and friendly staff so feel cozy. The best thing is the location of the hotel. I don't need to take a tram for 3 days trip and visit all the travel spots in the town. Only the thing for not-good is a bed mattress is too soft for me.

The Jagerhorn is perfectly located in the heart of Zagreb. Many popular sights are within walking distance. The hotel is quiet and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have a nice breakfast and a lovely outdoor seating area where you can order drinks from their cafe/bar.

Our room was perfect for a one night stay in Zagreb. Cute boutique hotel. Nice location to shops and restaurants. We had to walk about 3 city blocks with our luggage because we drove and needed parking. So if you are driving be aware of that. The front desk attendants were very friendly and gave us good dinner recommendations.

The only reason there wasn’t a perfect score is that we had to walk through pouring rain to get to a cab. The price to pay to be in the city centre. Staff were all friendly and helpful. A really good property.

Located near Jelacic Square, the location is perfect for exploring Zagreb. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good and the staff are friendly. The only negatives are that the rooms are small and the mattresses on the beds are not good. The breakfast menu is small, but it is carefully prepared and very tasty. The price is also reasonable, and in the case of sightseeing in Zagreb, it is a hotel that can be recommended.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great every morning. My only complaint was we couldn’t have our curtains open because our window was level with the courtyard and people would sit there all day and night.
