房間有點小，不過很乾凈，設備新

I stayed in their single room for two nights, which was about 160EUR. Booked it in a hurry and filtered the hotels that are rated badly, and this hotel comes up with a positive review so ok! However, I was quite shocked in general. There was only one lift, a small one, which probably fits only one person and one suitcase. My room was very tiny, but that’s not their fault coz I didn’t check. But there was a mosquito in the room, and one dead on the wall…. Got two mosquito bites in less than ten minutes. I didn’t want to post a review but the next day I went back to the hotel, I got five mosquito bites in the room… The sink is small and there was no space to put my cosmetics or literally anything I normally need in the bathroom. The shower room is also really small. There was only one layer of bedsheet on the mattress. For the breakfast, instant coffee is served and no staff would come collect the plate you used. When the guests of a table are gone, new plates were not immediately put on the table and tables were not set. On the second morning, guests have to walk around the dining area looking for cutlery which should have been the job of the hotel, and turn out getting from other people’s tables. Poor them! Only one or two hardworking staff seem to be doing all the work. Food was just ok. And half of the food on the counter was not touched. People also kept asking if they could pay for a nicer coffee which shouldn’t be the way it works. This makes me start wondering its four-star hotel status… I am a frequent traveller and always stay at four-star hotels, the experiences were completely different from this one. Having a small hotel doesn’t necessarily mean bad cleanliness and facility. The only thing that lives up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel would be its amazing staff. I wouldn’t recommend it to other frequent travellers.

Close to the bus station and great staff. We arrived early for check in and they gave us an available room as we were tired from our journey and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Good breakfast too. We enjoyed our time in Croatia.

The hotel is great, super comfortable and breakfast is pretty good. I totally recommend it!

這是一個非常好的和負擔得起的酒店。這裡離薩格勒布市中心有點遠，但相反，安靜祥和。房間很小但很實用。還有一個免費的迷你吧和水，作為一項服務就足夠了。下次來薩格勒布還想再入住。

Bon accueil et personnel sympa et serviable

酒店很小但是位置很好。 早餐也很乾淨。 房間很乾淨，浴室也很好。

Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, άριστα θερμαινόμενα σε καλή περιοχή! Ευγενικό προσωπικό έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρετήσουν όλοι! Πολύ κοντά στάσεις τραμ προς όλες τις κατευθύνσεις. Δίπλα υπάρχουν πολύ ωραία μπάρ για καφέ και ποτό! Φούρνος & super market δίπλα!

Φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, καθαρό δωμάτιο ,υπέροχο στρώμα ,μπουρνούζια, πετσέτες όλα πλούσια αποτελεσματικό check-in. Το δώρο καλωσορίσματος εκτιμήθηκε πολύ . Το πρωινό ήταν ωραίο, ο καφές πολύ καλός. Πολύ κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο υπήρχαν στάσεις τραμ προς όλες τις κατευθύνσεις! Κοντά super market, υπέροχα bar για ποτό και καφέ. Φούρνος ακριβώς δίπλα! Ταβέρνα με υπέροχα πιάτα στα 50 μέτρα. Στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει δυνατότητα ενοικίασης αυτοκίνητου . Το πιο σημαντικό που μας έχει τύχει μετά από ακύρωση της πτήσης μας ήταν ότι γυρίσαμε στο δωμάτιό μας στις 2πμ χωρίς να μας ζητηθούν επιπλέον χρήματα .Μας φέρθηκαν με τον καλύτερο πλούσιο χαμόγελο τους. Εάν θα ξανά βρεθούμε Κροατία σίγουρα εκεί θα διανυκτερεύσουμε πάλι !!

Saubere, kleine Zimmer zur Straße hin, was bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage nicht gestört hat. Etwas mehr Ablagefläche im Badezimmer wäre toll. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Kurz vor Ende wird sogar noch nachgelegt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Tram ist in ca. fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ottimo piccolo confortevole hotel vicino centro a Zagabria… Camere con tutti i confort..ottimi letti e cuscini vari..pratico e gratuito parcheggio…rifiniture di pregio e accessori ricercati.. tutto è curato nei minimi particolari Colazione super con un buon capuccino 👍

I stayed one night prior to my flight to London the next day. The hotel was very comfortable and very clean. It is situated near the main bus terminal and is very accessible for trams and buses. The breakfast was very good and the staff that I encountered was all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located a couple of kilometers/miles from Zagreb center, in a quieter area. There are nearby trams with which you can easily reach the center in minutes. There are a few small restaurants, pubs, and shops around. The hotel has 2 small buildings with 3-4 floors - the main building and an "annex" (we heard it had no elevator, but we stayed in the main one which has). Each floor has about 6-7 rooms. They have their own small parking lot between the buildings, and we always found parking there, though sometimes it was a little more difficult to find. The room was average in size, with a modern shower (no bath). I have to say the bed was a little squeaky, but just a little. Breakfast was served on floor -1. There were many items, but they were constantly running out of them and not replenishing them on time. The service at the reception was superb! They seemed to try and help us in any way possible, suggesting places to sit together in the hotel or visit outside, giving tips, providing us with wine glasses etc.
