亞特蘭蒂斯酒店(Zante Atlantis Hotel)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in realtà nel 2022, ma solo ora lo recensiamo! Bellissima esperienza... Siamo arrivati a causa di un ritardo esorbitante del volo da Roma, a Zante ed in hotel a mezzanotte. Abbiamo tempestivamente avvisato la reception tramite booking e ci hanno aspettati, offrendoci anche un cocktail di benvenuto a quell'orario. C'è un bar che serve drink fronte piscina ed uno proprio sulla piscina. Piscina bellissima e dotata di idromassaggio. Camera con angolo cottura utilissimo. Colazione nella media. Buona la posizione, vicino alla passeggiata ed ai principali locali notturni. Consigliatissimo!!!

La struttura è collocata in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalle vie più caotiche di Laganas ed a meno di un km dal mare. Ci ho soggiornato dal 02.08 al 09.08 con moglie e figli, non ho nulla di negativo da segnalare. La struttura è moderna, ha una bella piscina , la colazione è internazionale con prodotti dolci e salati di buona qualità. Il personale sorridente. Devi soltanto entrare nell'ottica , che Laganas è molto caotica, in quanto è frequentata da ragazzi, di tutte le nazionalità, che si ubriacano e sono chiassosi, quindi se cerchi il silenzio, cambia località, in quanto anche nell'hotel , la sera c'è musica alta e divertimento. L' ho consiglio.

We booked to stay in Atlantis in January this year for a week. When we arrived, we were told by reception that our room would not be ready for a few hours, after 4 hours we were told by the reservation manager at the hotel that there was an electrical problem in just our room & we were unable to stay in it. They told us we were being moved to another sister hotel as they did not have the space to accommodate the three of us. Our bags were taken from reception & put into a taxi as we were shouted at & forced to move to a block of apar**ents with no security, no pool & a room not at all up to standard - with mould on the walls & rubbish left everywhere. The reservation manager informed us that if the electrical problem was fixed, we would be moved back into the hotel. However, when we went back to collect something we had left behind, we came to find that the room we were supposed to be in had been given away to another group. It became very clear that the Atlantis had massively overbooked & were quick to make excuses as to why we couldn’t stay in the room. After fighting to be given the room we had paid for, we were told we would have to move rooms every day if we wanted to stay there - including having to move to another hotel in the neighbouring town of Kalamaki for the last night of our trip (which would have been a huge inconvenience for us). This meant packing our bags every morning to check out at 11 & then having to sit waiting in reception to be given our next room, which is quite frankly not what you expect when you have paid a lot to be staying in a hotel. We were presented with a contract which stated we were happy to be moved to the apar**ents and that the hotel offered us free food and drinks which was very much untrue. Upon refusing to sign the “contract”, we were told by the rude reservation manager that we had 10 minutes to sign it or we would have to leave the hotel with nowhere to stay. I have never received such poor customer service, especially as a group of young girls alone in a foreign country - as the hotel that we paid for, they owe a duty of care to their customers! We were very lucky that the lovely hotel Vivienne next door were quick to help us & find another place to stay (at our own expense) for the remainder of our trip!

I recently travelled to this hotel on a girls holiday (13th-20th) from the UK. We expected great service and a comfortable room. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Maria (the “so-called” manager). She told us that our rooms will not be ready for 3 days, in which she then declared that she will be transporting us to their sister hotel, The Cactus Hotel. Not the best start to a holiday. She then transported us to the sister hotel in the back of her car and made my individual female 18 year old friend get into an unknown (we assumed cleaner’s) car on her own. This seemed very unprofessional and at this point no compensation has been provided. When travelling to the sister hotel which should’ve been about an 8 minute drive. She then consistently stopped to ask directions to the hotel. Which you would assume is strange due to the fact she was the manager yet she did not know the location of the sister hotel? (The Cactus Hotel is a great stay, would recommend over the Atlantis). When communicating with Maria to return to the Atlantis she failed to respond to multiple messages and phone calls discussing our return until sending a taxi last minute to take us back to the Atlantis after the 3 days finished. We then returned to the Atlantis expecting exceptional trea**ent due to the extreme disruption to our holiday, however this was not provided once again. We arrived at the Atlantis at midday to then be told their check-in policy was not until 2pm. Why may I ask did she sent a taxi for earlier than the check-in time. Still no compensation provided. You would assume due to our problems that they would’ve provided us with an earlier check-in time to compensate for the issues. However, we actually had to wait until 3pm for check-in, where the receptionist announced that the electrical faults that Maria claimed prevented us from accessing our room where not true and they had actually just double booked us. We received no compensation and (other than the lovely bar and restaurant staff) we were treated as outsiders. My biggest advice is to not stay here despite the attractive appeal in attachment to their price, the customer service is dreadful.

Hotel molto bello, nuovo, tranquillo, accogliente, pulito e personale semprr molto disponibile. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Parcheggio gratuito. Colazione ottima sia dolce che salata. Superconsigliato

Staff was rude, not helpful. Room door was open when we checked in. Loud with music playing until early morning hours.
