We had a great holiday here. Room was clean and had enough space for the 4 of us, nice big balcony to enjoy the sundowners too. We were in the older block and some of the figments were starting look a bit tired in the room but all was clean and worked as it should do. Love bed the pool too particularly the kids, and never had to worry about getting a sun bed, again every kept clean and tidy. What really stood out were the people. All the staff were really attentive, but moreover genuinely friendly with it. Even if we saw them away from the hotel the would still stop and chat, in particular Marriella in the Olive Garden restaurant who was so friendly you felt like she should get a chair and join you. It’s very clear why people keep coming back and no doubt we will too

First time in Tsilivi , great hotel and location, we found all the staff to be hard working and attentive, especially in the Sambuca bar , rooms were cleaning daily and the option to change dinner for lunch was a nice touch always plenty of sunbeds, we had a great time exploring the area.

Mooi hotel met super vriendelijk personeel. De luxe kamers hebben fijne bedden en zijn zeer ruim. Het hotel bevindt zich in het centrum met veel bars, winkeltjes en restaurants en op loopafstand van het zandstrand. Goed ontbijt en diner. Er zijn voornamelijk Engelse gasten maar dat vonden wij juist gezellig. Kortom, een aanrader!

Wow a perfect family bed and breakfast located in middle of resort walking distance to good quality bars, restaurants, tavernas, beach and waterpark. Rooms other than standard are very modern and spacious with amenities, the hotel offers b&b and half board with the olive garden - we stayed b&b again fantastic choice fried breakfast with hash browns, continental, fruit, pastries and fresh granola Cereal bars, we heard nothing but things about the half board also. Tsilivi has everything to off a family whilst feeling safe and welcome…waterpark, crazy golf, watersports, inflatables in sea, on the beach, bowling, arcade park!! Thank you so much to all the staff Wynn, Sabrina on reception all the girls at the bar and not forgetting Spiros and Billy!!! We will be back for sure my son maybe for the season 😂

Just back from Plaza Pallas, I can't rate the hotel high enough, from getting there to leaving everything was spot on. The room was a Double Deluxe nice size with balcony facing the pool the only negative thing in the room was lack of a wardrobe and draws, there was hanging space but not a great deal. The staff in both Sambuca bar and Olive Garden restaurant were fantastic very attentive and friendly, the owner of the Hotel Spyros and is family are always present and always take time to talk to you. We found the food to be excellent we were half board. We never struggled to get sunbeds round the pool and we didn't have to get up at 7 to do the pool rush. 😂😂. Overall Fantastic place.

We have just returned from a seven night holiday with two children age 3 and 7. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, service at Plaza Palace was 100%. The staff are so warm and welcoming. We stayed in a deluxe double room which was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool is family friendly and had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Meals are served at the Olive Garden with a buffet style breakfast and a fab menu on an evening which changed daily. There was the option to have dinner instead of tea which suited us perfectly so that we could visit other restaurants in town. The Sambuca bar has such good energy and was a hit with everyone. There is a little turtle sanctuary on site which was amazing for the kids. This hotel is in a prime location within very close walking distance to the town and beach. Honestly, we had such an amazing holiday and wish we could have stayed longer as there was so much more to see and do. We intend to return to Tsilivi and stay once again at Plaza Palace. Thanks to this hotel I'll change my understanding of a "standard" word. It's the first time I got such room quality as a "standard". I was not informed of paying quite lots of money and getting the room with the poor quality I got - I guess neither the room nor the bathroom were renovated there for some 20+ years... (our part of the hotel we got the room in). Also the swimming pool area could be cleaned well. The Sambuca bar downstairs was totally noisy until 3-4 in the night. Be also prepared for air conditioning to be paid extra - 6 euro per night. Without it you may die ;) We were also not happy about the way the, I guess, manager solved issues with rooms of other guests. The owner/reception just didn't seem to care the guests weren't getting what they reserved. I feel embarassed of us, Europeans, to treat this way guys who travelled from a different continent to see this island. There were some pros though: - great location, really couldn't want a better one - good restaurant where you can get your meals, Olive Garden (drinks for dinners paid extra though) - if you book a room there, book at least a Deluxe room. The pretty rooms you see in pictures are not their standard ones ;)

We have had the best time at the plazza Palace the owner the staff were all amazeing we felt so relaxed and was well looked after the food was top quality we went half bored and we have never stayed anywhere before with food has good has this ....the sambucca bar was fab with Billy boy and Jessie and zafros made u feel welcome ...while we were there we booked to go back next year and can't wait didn't want to leave

What can I say about this wonderfully run hotel that hasn’t already been said. First impressions on our arrival were excellent. Everything explained to us by a very friendly member of reception staff. Room was very spacious and clean. Air conditioning was a godsend with the heat and a bargain at €6 a day. Rooms were cleaned everyday by wonderful friendly staff. There were no sun bed relays which was great - always beds available throughout the day. Breakfast was served by the lovely Marie - Lena who couldn’t do enough for you and always had a smile on her face. There was plenty of choice so you didn’t go hungry. The evening meals were excellent. You had a different menu every night, from which you had 4 choices to pick from; starters, main courses & desserts. All the food was presented and cooked to the highest quality. The staff who work at the front of house such as Marie- Lena, Costa, Joanna, Eve were always busy but found time to speak to you. Over seeing it all was Angelica. Thank you for all your hard work. The Sambuca Bar,which is part of the hotel but open to the public, is run by a great team of people who work very hard. The atmosphere is buzzing every night. Gesi, Billy, Zoe & Olga thank for all you do & for helping make our holiday so enjoyable. Last, but not least, Spyros the owner of this wonderful place. He is a lovely friendly man and will go out of his way to speak to you. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be back!!

Se devo descriverlo, dico famiglia! Ci siamo trovati benissimo: ottimo cibo, personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione! Non avremmo potuto avere di meglio in tutto!! Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Pire hôtel de ma vie !!!!! Degueulasse et je pèse mes mots. Taches sur les draps, oreol jaune sur la taie d’oreiller, insecte. 103€ mais climatisation en option et personne ne prévient . IakynthoS hôtel à côté pour le meme prix 10x mieux! Je vais me plaindre et la réceptionniste me balance les draps dans les bras énervé et je dois les changer moi même. Du jamais vu pour ma part

Zeer luxe en mooie kamer, aardig en goed personeel, mooi zwembad, goede ligging en zeker aan te raden! Voor ons was het receptie personeel en manager bij het restaurant een uitblinker. Deze waren zeer behulpzaam en aardig.

Excellent stay in a prime placed hotel close to bars, restaurants and beach. The staff are extremely polite and friendly and the hotel and rooms are spotless. Our room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every other day and bedding every 3 days. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice both hot and cold which changed on a daily basis. Only ate here once in the evening and it was very good although the service was awful. After being shown to our table we waited 20 minutes for some one to take our order. The bar area is good, well stocked with plenty of choice although they are a bit tight with the size of the spirits. Only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very good - we had a junior suite and they had built a wall between the A/C unit and the sleeping area. The pool area was never cleaned, floor dirty and never washed down, stains on floor where drinks were spilt.

Just returned from a week staying at the hotel and we were so impressed with everything. We had 3 children, 11, 8 & 4 in our party who loved the swimming pool and play area. Rooms were very comfortable with linen/towels changed regularly. The fridge & kettle in the room were very useful. We found the food in the restaurant to be excellent. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. The menu for dinner (could swap to lunch if preferred) was changed daily with choices of starter/salad/main & dessert. The children had a separate menu with plenty of options. Two of our adults need gluten free and there was GF bread & cornflakes available. (We had advised them before we arrived) One of the children needs dairy free and the hotel were good adapting meals for him. The restaurant staff had good knowledge of allergies and were able to advise what was suitable from the menus. My granddaughter had her 4th birthday whilst we were there. The hotel arranged a cake for her and decorated the table with balloons, hats and toys which she loved. Such a special touch. The hotel is well placed for the beach (10 minutes stroll), shops, tavernas, supermarkets all very close. Travelling with a child who is severely allergic to dairy can be frightening, especially abroad, but we felt so safe at Plaza Pallas. Thoroughly recommend this hotel, we are so pleased we chose to stay there.
