安德里奧拉海灘酒店(Andreolas Beach Hotel)

Per raggiungere l’hotel bastano 10 minuti di taxi, nel nostro caso pagato ben 30€!! Entrati nella haul siamo stati accolti da un signore scortese e con il muso. Parla greco e poco inglese, non si sforza a farsi comprendere e a spiegarsi. Entrati nella camera siamo stati avvolti da un tanfo di cantina e fumo… impossibile respirare! I mobili sono vecchi, rovinati e sporchi! Abbiamo trovato macchie di qualche prodotto secco probabilmente del cliente precedente. Inoltre, impronte di scarpe, polvere, ruggine e tabacco a terra. Il balcone è molto piccolo e a disposizione ci sono due sedie in plastica e un tavolo, scontato dire che anch’essi erano luridi. Il bagno è il posto più disgustoso e invivibile!! Il pavimento è sporco, macchie di dentifricio e calcare secolari, odore di fognatura ogni volta che si apre l’acqua e carta del cesso fine come carta velina. Inutile continuare con la descrizione della camera, è di facile comprensione che si tratta di un luogo non curato, sporco e non adatto a degli esseri umani. Abbiamo subito richiesto il cambio della stanza pensando fosse l’unica ad essere lercia, in maniera molto antipatica e maleducata ci è stato fatto il cambio… indovinate un po’? Stessa situazione in tutto l’hotel. Nella prenotazione avevamo inclusa la colazione, abbiamo provato a farla il primo giorno e poi ci abbiamo rinunciato. Essa è a disposizione del cliente dalle 8 alle 10. Dopo un’ora dall’apertura era già esaurito tutto il cibo, rimanevano due uova che amanavano un odore di marcio… se le avessimo mangiate probabilmente ci saremmo cag#ti addosso per l’intera settimana! Se necessitate dell’aria condizionata è necessario pagare 10€ al giorno, fortunatamente avendo la camera nei sotterranei di Laganas eravamo al fresco… almeno un lato positivo! All’esterno di questa topaia c’è una piscina, questa è pulita e ben tenuta. Nelle foto è presente un bellissimo e curato giardino, scontato dire che nella realtà non è così! Anzi… è lo spazio aperto dell’hotel accanto, in questo mitico monumento secolare non è presente vegetazione. La stanza, se siete fortunati, viene pulita una volta in tutto il periodo di soggiorno. Quindi, dopo due giorni vi troverete a terra una bellissima spiaggia e discarica privata. Se avete letto fino a qui immagino vi siate fatti un’idea di cosa vi aspetterebbe… skippa e passa al prossimo alloggio. Paga un po’ di più ma almeno sei sicuro di poter sdraiarti a letto senza essere assalito da un miliardo di microbi.

Είχα πάει πέρσι το καλοκαίρι στην Ζάκυνθο και έμεινα στο ξενοδοχείο Andreolas beach hotel . Είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο οικογενειακό και δίπλα στον λαγανά και στην παραλία . Ωραίο περιβάλλον , καθαρό ξενοδοχείο και ευρύχωρο . Τα δωμάτια είναι αρκετά άνετα και καθαρά με κλιματισμό και καθαρές πετσέτες . Όποιος γενικά θέλει να μείνει σε ένα ξενοδοχείο που να έχει την ησυχία του και να είναι κοντά στον Λαγανά και στις παραλίες είναι το ιδανικό ξενοδοχείο . Το συστήνω !!!

Absolutely terrible! The owner was extremely rude, the air conditioning and the safe each cost 10 euros/day, the safe being at the reception, the rooms were filthy, when we got there, there was junk under the bed, the water in the shower and tap was salted water, the breakfast....i won't even start...the whole place was a mess, and on top of everything, the cleaning lady stole a few things from my luggage! 😡 she was also seen in other rooms looking through guests luggages and private stuff!!!! If i could, i wouldn't even give it 1 star. Will not return here.

Very disappointed with this hotel every morning at 7am the cleaner came in never changed the towel and one day she took my sheet of me whilst I was sleeping and threw a new one on me , then every day the creepy old man would stand in the door and just stare at everyone sat by the pool , he also shouted at me and told me to go to my room because I was drinking a bottle of water by the pool , extremely disgusting hotel ran by some disgusting men would rather sleep on the beech next time over this awful so called hotel

Don’t ever come here it is the worst thing we ever did. The owner and staff are all awful and rude. The cleaners don’t clean at all and they just walk in at 7am and don’t change towels or bedsheets. There were orange stains all over the bath and you had to hold the shower head. If you eat or drink anything anywhere near the pool the owner shouts at you and makes you go back to your room. They are all very unwelcoming as they just glare at you all the time and stand at the door and watch you come inside. Would never go back even if you payed me. Probably better it closed down.

When we arrived we were met with a cold, hostile man. We were talking at a normal volume and he immediately started telling us off for about 5 minutes explaining that we weren’t allowed to make any noise or the police would be called. The whole time he would try milk us for all our money - said we couldn’t sit in the lounge area unless every single person bought something even though there were no other guests around?Not as if we were causing them to loose other customers…cause the food was vile anyways. Also, he made us pay for a glass the was blown over by the wind. The other man at the desk yelled at me for knocking on my room door but the next night pestered me for a kiss..CREEP!! THEN, we were attacked by another hotel guest and informed him and he laughed in our face. On the last day the first man demanded we pay €25 for getting a bit of tan on the bed sheets.. it comes out in the wash which we explained but he refused to give us our passports back and threatened to call the police.

( AVOID THIS HOTEL) Came here last week with 7 of my mates and had the worst experience ever. The hotel was very expensive for the poor room conditions and location. The staff were rude and unhelpful. You can’t speak in the hotel without getting shouted for being ‘too loud’ and therefore getting threatened to be kicked out. The cleaner cleaned our room and pretended they couldn’t find out towels then charged us £50. Do not come to this hotel. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had !!!

My time here was By far the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel.From being told off for asking why my room doors didn’t close too being charged for 42 euros for 2 towels that were (lost) but when we told the owner that they were simply in the wardrobe he said he didn’t care and that the money had to be paid.I’ve never wrote anything on here before but I’m doing this to stop anyone who’s going on a lads or girls holiday away to zante avoid this prison cell. There is no music allowed even in your room you can’t play it as you will get a nock on your door to turn it off. We used the hotel just for sleeping after the first day as we knew that it would ruin our holiday staying there all day. cheese and ham for your breakfast or 6 euros for a drink which cost you 3 at the shop next door this place will never see me again!

Stayed in this hotel 10th-17th July with 6 mates. The staff were rude to us as soon as we arrived and very argumentative, felt more like a prison camp than a hotel. We were fined 50 euros for losing a towel and a bed sheet, despite finding both under our bed and giving them back. Don’t coke to this hotel if you want to be told ‘not to smile’ or to shutup constantly. I wasn’t allowed to drink a bottle of water around the pool because I’d not bought it from the hotel. In the week our towels were replaced once and rooms cleaned once. Overall an awful stay mainly down to the way we were treated by staff, others in the hotel said they were being treated in the same manner.
