波薩達韋睿酒店(Hotel Posada Virreyes)

El fin de semana tuvimos un viaje con un equipo de beisbol y nos atendieron de maravilla. Me llevé una grata sorpresa no esperaba tanto. Excelente atención. Y el restaurante delicioso. Los niños estuvieron felices en la alberca y les dieron un merecido descanso. Sin duda regresaré para las fiestas de octubre y lo recomendaré

Vale mucho la pena el lugar, todo está limpio, la comida del restaurante La Terraza es muy barata, muy rica y bien presentada! La alberca también muy limpia, los espacios muy cuidados y el personal es muy amable

great place to stay its nice and quite very relaxing

People at the front desk are clueless on what they are doing. One person tells you one thing and another one comes and tells you they’re sorry but you were misinformed. It almost seems as they are upset when you book through ******* and not through them. Their beds are so old that the mattress sinks in and you will literally roll off the bed. We had a total of 4 rooms 8 beds and all the beds were like that. There’s nothing around the hotel within walking distance. The hotel made a mistake and acknowledged their mistake but did not credit or refunded anything. They simply apologized. How do you charge someone something and realize you were wrong and not address the issue? Overall and outdated hotel with poor customer service.

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. All staff were awesome!

Swimming pool was semi dirty, room was ok, staff was Friendly. Didn’t like the fact that I had to pay EXTRA $$ bcuz of so called Extra people. That to me is BS. Would not stay there again. I recommend only Couples should stay there

Great place. Just one minor problem warm water in the shower never came on. The service was great.
