Genial para ir a visitar la zona centro de Zaragoza. Hemos estado una noche un grupo de amigas y nos ha encantado todo en general. Lo recomiendo 100%. El personal de recepción encantadores, todo te lo ponen fácil. Gracias.

Hôtel parfait, les appartements sont grands et le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Accès à la piscine de l’hôtel sans surplus. Vu magnifique depuis le restaurant de l’hôtel. Mention spéciale à l’accueil , personne très gentille souriante agréable accueillante et efficace , très professionnelle. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec les enfants nous recommandons .

Estuve invitada a un evento y me a encantado todo, empezando con el personal, muy amable y muy profesional. La limpieza del hotel un 10. La comida muy rica..en general buen ambiente. La terraza con muy bonitas vistas.. Volveremos ! Gracias

Posizione molto centrale, hotel è situato a meno di 10 minuti dalla Basilica de Nuestra Señora de Pilar, e da tutte le altre attrazioni e musei visitabili in centro. Vicinissimo anche a IL TUBO il quartiere per eccellenza della tapas e della movida. L hotel è vicino anche alla fermata del bus che porta all'aereoporto. Molto buona la pulizia, e personale della reception gentilissimo.

Great location, just minutes from most of the major attractions, Restaurants and the Bus to/from Delicias Station is right outside. Entrance Foyer is very much like a Hotel. Good Gym, but Pool wasn't available as it was too cold, even though their website said it was. We had a large Apartment on the 1st floor. At first glance it looked really nice, but after a few minutes, you realised that it was of very poor quality - Kitchen was old, cheap Crockery (pyrex), pans with broken handles; you had to run the hot tap for over a minute before any hot water came out - a tremendous waste of resource, especially with a drought in the region. It took 2 days for someone to come and open the inroom safe for us. You have to ask for the basic of appliances - Kettle, Toaster, etc. Bathroom extractor fan did not work and there was no visible signs of a smoke detector either. There were works of some sort going on, but we weren't pre-warned of the noise. We complained several times to the Staff, but they didn't seem bothered. Even the Manager laughed at some of our issues. They did buy us some new pans - I can only imagine, that the 'spare' pans they did have for other Apartments were of the same poor quality, so they had to buy us new ones. Overall, a great location and the Apartment had a very comfortable bed - alas, the quality of the Apartment was very poor and nowhere near the expectations of a 4* establishment.

Het is een goed hotel. Heel dichtbij het oude stadscentrum. Er is een eigen parkeergarage, maar dichtbij is er ook een openbare parkeergarage. We hadden een ruim appartement met ruime woonkamer, slaapkamer, keuken en badkamer. Er was zelfs een vaatwasser in de keuken. De inventaris was de keuken was aan de krappe kant. Bijvoorbeeld geen koffiezetapparaat of waterkoker en ook geen wijnglazen. Wel stond er als service een flesje cava op de kamer en kregen we ook nog een tegoedbon voor een glaasje Cava op het terras op de bovenste verdieping. Desondanks is het een goed hotel.

Reservamos para cenar hace más de quince días, nos reservan sin problema, publicado en la web menú tapas para cenar. Hoy nos llaman para concretar la reserva y nos dicen que la cena es el menú, de 37€, del que nadie nos había informado, ni llamado con tiempo para cancelar reserva, y buscar otro sitio. Tras quejarme, por semejante mal trato, me dicen que lo consultan con el director. La recepcionista consulta con el señor director, y este le dice que si queremos cenar es con el menú de 37. Pese a ser ellos, los que han cambiado y no han avisado. Aún estoy esperando que el director me llame, tal y como he solicitado, para explicarme ese cambio y no avisar. Pienso contarlo a todo el mundo, y explicarlo en las redes sociales. En este establecimiento se maltrata a los clientes.
