We stayed in the house for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house is in excellent condition and has everything you need. The landlords were very nice

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Oven not clean, dust fluff under the double bed and on the ceiling, doors and windows leaking, seating in the living room worn out

For shared use: swimming pool heated (6 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Private: property 900 m2, meadow. Badminton, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 200 m. Slopes 500 m, ski school 500 m, cross country ski track 10 m, children's playground 300 m. Nearby attractions: Cyklostezka Járy Cimrmana, pivovar 200 m, rozhledna Špičák 12 km, Jizerka 20 km, Aquapark Babylon Liberec 23 km, Ještěd 34 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tanvaldský Špičák 12 km, Harrachov 25 km, Rokytknice - Lysá Hora 25 km. Hiking paths: Černá Studnice (869 m) 6 km, Český ráj - Hrubá Skála 25 km, hrad Valdštejn 27 km. Please note: the pool is located behind the fence on the owner´s property, who uses the pool minimally and only in the absence of guests. 3-room house 65 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living room with 1 sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 3 beds. Bath/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house.
