維也納城市酒店(Hotel Stadt Wien)

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren in das Hotel und wir sind immer wieder sehr zufrieden! Kein anderes Hotel in Zell am See! Hier passt einfach alles, Freundlichkeit wo man nur hinschaut, alle sind zuvorkommend! Essen toll und lecker, leider wieder einmal zugenommen! Aber dafür einzigartige Erholung. Einfach nur zum empfehlen! Spitzenklasse!

We stayed here for our 1 week ski holiday in January 2024. Not many hotels I have stayed in I would return to, but this is definitely worth returning to again ! Amazing location, the ski bus stop is right outside the hotel and you can ski back to the hotel at the end of the day, the hotel also has its own ski rental shop and lockers! The service was excellent, we never had a bad meal here ! The salad bar was my personal favourite as they had a wide variety of options. George was an amazing friendly addition to the hotel as he provided a very good service in the evening, making everyone feel at home and welcome. He even took a small group of us skiing on his day off and provided snacks and coffee too ! Marcus behind the bar was also very friendly and provided a good service and kept the drinks flowing. The spa area was good too ! The out door heated pool and saunas were a good way to spend the end of the day. The room was nice and spacious, we had a balcony that overlooked the pool and petting zoo! If we’re were to come back to Zell am see we would definitely stay here again. I have never been to a hotel were the service has been this good !

This hotel deserves its 5 star trio advisor review score. We had an amazing week with our family, the hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are lovely and bright, we had a lovely view of the pool and mountains from our balcony . The food is absolutely amazing, so much choice and very high quality. My granddaughters enjoyed the apre ski food after skiing .The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Christine and Klaus you must be so proud and you thoroughly deserve the excellent reviews

We are a family of six and this is our third visit to this wonderful hotel. It does everything a hotel should do and more . Cannot fault this hotel in anyway. The Klaus family and their team are outstanding in everyway, nothing is to much trouble. The staff are just brillant from the reception team, the bar and dining room team. Its sparkling clean from the bedrooms to the spa area. Well done housekeeping team. The food from the delicious breakfasts to apre ski tea and the amazing dinners at night. Well done kitchen team. The whole place gives such a welcome, its like a big warm hug. We will be back and from the bottom of our hearts . THANK YOU TO YOU ALL.....

We stayed here as a family of 6 in 3 rooms with half board. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great - we had a sauna every afternoon. The buffet breakfast gave an excellent choice and the evening meals were delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and they all seem really happy to work at the hotel - it has a real family feel. The owners, Klaus and Christine, were also a charming couple.

This hotel definitely deserves the excellent reviews it receives. This family run hotel is a masterclass in how all hotels should be run. Everything was perfect from the communal areas, to the bedrooms, to the restaurant and bar and all the staff. The owners are always present and work hard themselves and their wonderful team of staff are clearly all very happy and honestly couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The food was delicious and plentiful and even my fussy eaters enjoyed the food (even if they chose tomato pasta followed by ice cream most nights!) The rooms are a great size and the sofa bed my children shared was huge. Everything was so clean too. If I was going to find only a few minor ******* they would be that the temperature in the hotel is quite warm (but that's just a personal thing in that I like to be cooler) and our table in the restaurant was allocated as the closest to the kitchen, which meant we had all the cooking smells during the week (and it clung to our clothes). But these are minor ******* and would not stop us returning or recommending to everyone.

We spent another great week in the Stadt Wien in Zell am See. The hotel has it all, quality of food, luxurious spa & swimming pool, nice size bedrooms, friendly staffs & great location half way between the town center and the ski slopes. The ski resort provides for all level of skiers and the teams of ski instructors are great for both adults and kids. Located just over an hour from Salzburg airport the hotel provides taxi services to get you there. This is a skiing holiday that you will want you to go back to.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. On arrival the staff were welcoming, really helpful and very informative. As we were late arriving, we were welcomed to have tea a little later than normal. The food was fantastic all week with a great variety of options available to suit our whole family and we have a really fussy eater! The room was fantastic and maintained throughout the week and the spa was a great addition after a day on the slopes. Access to the slopes was easy with having the bus stop over the road. Although the snow wasn’t the best the hotel experience more than made up for it and our family had an amazing first family ski trip with lots of great memories.

Excellent hotel with good rooms for families. A great pool and sauna area. Delicious food. Very convenient ski rental in the basement in collaboration with one of the shops in Zell. Oh, not to forget, super friendly staff and owners. See you!
